I love cupbop so much this location is good today wasn’t the best experience when my order was taken I couldn’t understand her and she couldn’t really understand me either? I get the language barrier but when I get laughed at for just asking her to repeat herself it kinda deters away. Food is absolutely amazing!
However, the AI ordering system feels so lazy and disconnected. There is no one to answer questions. This very impersonate approach to taking orders is a growing disease society is being forced to deal with. Everything about this location is great minus the adoption of order taking automation.

The two guys working seemed to be struggling to get orders completed. Definitely took them a good while. Seemed to be off on accuracy...
