Absolutely terrible service!!! Placed order online waited over an hour tracker didn’t updated tried calling multiple times to get ahold of them to see if it was an online issue could. To get anyone on the phone!!!!! Been on hold over 30 mins called another location could not get a manager on the phone to tell me if that location was having issues or wtf?!?! But they sure took my money from my bank 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 take your money elsewhere!
LITERALLY THE WORST SERVICE WE'VE EVER HAD. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Half of order was not there. my husband asked twice where it was. they said it was all there. handed him 6 sauces, napkins, forks, salad dressing to hold by hand. no bag. drove back home (trusting that the order was complete) and desert, wings and Alfredo was missing. called the store. they kept saying we didn't order Alfredo even though it was on my email and printed receipt.
