I placed an order online and showed up at the scheduled time, only to find it hadn’t even been started. The staff—clearly not busy—asked me what I ordered instead of checking the system, then argued in front of me about who should make the sandwich. When we got home and checked the bag, the order was completely wrong: we paid for two “Tanks” on bagels but got croissant sandwiches...
