Not horrible but definitely not the most friendly service. The people here don't really seem to enjoy thier jobs.... like at all. The food was good for the price. Its not a mystery as to why Black Bear Diners are closing.

The food was great and our waitress Ella with her big friendly smile was amazing!! She was on the spot helping us order dinner. Paid attention if we needed anything and promptly had it on the table.
Ella really made a difference in making our meal and time at Black Bear be a great experience. She was a friendly and happy waitress that really had it together.

A big thank you to Caroline!! And the whole staff! We came in fairly late, but they took such good care of us! The staff made us feel truly welcomed and we felt that we had the same amazing service at 9pm as we would have gotten if we showed up at 11am. Thank you for the amazing food as well! 🥰
