Biggest sushi fan over here; I’ve been to tens of dozens of places across the US and this has to be the best. Every flavor was perfect and unexpected, oddities that just “worked”. The drinks were insane. The sushi didn’t even need soy sauce even though I was excited for it being that the wasabi is fresh and I love a wasabi soy sauce. We had a salmon apple dish that blew us away and the ube ice cream? Wildly good. Amazing service from Nate!
Mint is one of our favorite places to eat. Tonight Sloan took wonderful care of me and my girlfriends he is so amazing to recommend new things to try. He introduced me to an amazing tea today. I’m thankful for always feeling at home when we go to any location. Thanks guys. Brandon and braundie
Might have found our new favorite sushi spot. Unique flavors I’ve never had before, generous sashimi portions, and excellent service. Everything was beautifully presented. Do yourself a favor and try the tapas too, not just the sushi.
