They’re understaffed. They’re very busy, stressed and had a difficult time keeping up. I visited twice and both times my food was sitting under the warmer, ready to go, but I waited 15 min just to get someone to acknowledge I was there. They need more staff.

I got my order mixed up with a promo code and called the manager about it. He took time
on a Friday night to make sure it was taken care of. That’s customer service I’ll go back for.

I didn't look at the reviews for this location until after I had already placed the order, so I was very nervous about reading the reviews while.i waited for my order to be fulfilled. I am not sure if they had a good day or if they've actually taken corrective measures to turn the place around, but I cam say I had a positive experience. Staff was friendly, food was very good and the store seemed clean enough. This was takeout though so I can't speak for delivery.
