I always choose this Starbucks over the one closer to my home because of Sue. She’s always kind, welcoming, and truly goes above and beyond. She’s the only one who’s ever willing to check in the back for the KOIA protein drink I come in for—and she actually finds it. When she’s not here, I’m often told it’s out of stock without anyone even checking, which feels a bit dismissive. I love the baristas and the vibe they have at this location but when I order a drink online I’m paying extra for caramel on top and in the cup, and I know it’s only $0.60 roughly but I’d appreciate having those little things added since I am paying for it.
This Starbucks is in a completely remodeled old Wendy’s building so it’s huge. The service is amazing and the team that works there get people in and out so fast that even if the drive through line is super busy, you will get through it in no time.
Parking: The parking lot is huge. Sometimes the drive through line makes it so it’s hard to park and get out in some spots but there are plenty of other spots and a lot of them so it really isn’t an issue.
