We had a great experience having lunch here on the was to Dinosaur National Monument. The food overall was great. The carne Asada had the best mix of spices on it, and the birria tacos with the comsume was so delicious. And honestly, the chips and salsa were the best and I could just eat those for my meal! I took a drive that had me go through Duchesne today. I haven’t been through in a while but saw this place on Google maps and it looked too good to pass up.
Great place with incredible staff! Everyone was friendly and quick to get me seated. The chips and salsa were good, and I ordered a Chicken sope and an al pastor taco. Awesome!

I wasn't expecting mexican food in the middle of nowhere Utah to be this great. The Quesabirrias Plate and horchata was as good as you can get anywhere! Can't wait to drive back through there so I can order again.
