“We’ve been here before and like the food and location, tonight I did a DoorDash order, a sandwich had been left out by mistake which I understand happens, I got a refund from DoorDash and reordered the sandwich and on my reorder the employees working left a super sweet note in the bag apologizing for the mistake along with two free meal coupons! Great customer service ☺️“

“We placed an order with our local Papa John’s and were told several times that our pizza was “in the oven” and would be ready in about 10 more minutes. After waiting around 30 minutes, we overheard that our order had actually been delivered to another house by mistake. They said they would remake it, but another 45 minutes went by — and two hours after ordering, we still didn’t have our food.

Eventually, the manager came over and asked why we were still waiting when all orders had supposedly been completed. I explained the situation and how frustrating it was to be repeatedly told it was almost done when it clearly wasn’t. He immediately apologized, refunded our order, made us larger pizzas free of charge, and even threw in a few extras to make up for the mistake.

While the experience itself was incredibly frustrating and took up my entire night, I do appreciate that the manager took responsibility and did what he could to make things right. What started as a one-star experience ended up as a three-star thanks to his effort.“

“We get dinner at Domino's a lot and it's always great! We really like the breads and salad too. Staff is always fast and friendly. I don't recall them ever getting my order wrong. There is another pizza place closer that we never go to anymore because we have been disappointed with the quality and service every time. It's quite sad.“

Jesse on drive thru did a killer job, sounded great, patient while ordering but also good at moving us forward being conscious of the customers behind. He was super clean, trimmed up and presentable. “I have been a few times and really like this place. I've had a coworker specifically ask me to take him back to this place. It is hard to find a good thin and crispy pizza crust and this place has it. Pizza at most places are all flop. The flavors are great and unique and I'm craving this place again now. “My family and I were looking for a place to celebrate a birthday when we decided to come to Chilis. Chilis was more than welcoming upon us walking in and we were able to get seated very quickly. Our waitress Jenna was on top of drink refills and table checks constantly. She had a great attitude and made our day more than special. We will be sure to come back again.“

“They have great food. Very flavorful burgers and a good size menu. The Rosemary fries are so good and I love that they have fry sauce here. We ordered a peanut butter Oreo shake and it was fine but definitely needed more peanut butter flavor in it. The flavor of the shake was pretty mild. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 star instead of a 5 is I came here because we have a starving student card and smash burger is on there with a buy one get one free deal which is why we came here. We are trying to save money. The employee said they aren’t suppose to be on the starving student card and he wouldn’t honor it. I feel like they need to honor it since they are on there.“

“Wow. I have not had KFC for a number of years. When I have seen it or read about or even tried it was not impressed… to say the least. In fact I was shocked that KFC was even still in business.
I was having a camp out a few days ago and wanted to honor my late father. Whenever we would go on a camp out in Arizona he would always stop at the KFC in Payson and buy a bucket of chicken.
This was going to be more of a gag gift and then send a picture to my brothers. Make them laugh kind of thing.
I bought the bucket and my life changed. The food was very, very fresh. The chicken was cooked perfectly. The biscuits were so light and fluffy they were like the souls of angels.
Seriously, the food was good. I saw this location was in the top fifty KFC locations in the United States. It was a great meal.
I would go here again and not even for a joke. The food was very good. Don’t forget to get the biscuits.“
