“I have been a few times and really like this place. I've had a coworker specifically ask me to take him back to this place. It is hard to find a good thin and crispy pizza crust and this place has it. Pizza at most places are all flop. The flavors are great and unique and I'm craving this place again now. I'll definitely be coming back.“

The only reason for 4 star is because customer service. The guy at the front register is extremely unfriendly. I’m a former waitress and a very generous tipper and I smashed the no tip button so fast. Will be ordering via Uber Eats from now on so I don’t have to deal with that.“

“Brighton is one of the best out there. I was in the store when and angry customer called in because her doordash driver bailed and the way she handled and calmed an angry client down should be studied. I will go out of my way to come to this Pizza Hut because of Brightons customer service and luckily the pizza is pretty good as well.“

“They have great food. Very flavorful burgers and a good size menu. The Rosemary fries are so good and I love that they have fry sauce here. We ordered a peanut butter Oreo shake and it was fine but definitely needed more peanut butter flavor in it. The flavor of the shake was pretty mild. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 star instead of a 5 is I came here because we have a starving student card and smash burger is on there with a buy one get one free deal which is why we came here. We are trying to save money. The employee said they aren’t suppose to be on the starving student card and he wouldn’t honor it. I feel like they need to honor it since they are on there.“

“Update 6/29/26-still great wings. Staff was friendly and gets you one more star. Suggestion... Wipe/hose down the outside tables and chair once and a while. I like to sit out there and it would be great to have them clean next time. See you soon.“
