I have tried this location 3 times and unless you are getting a hot and ready pizza your order takes anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to make…. Tonight while I was waiting for my order inside the store it took 10 minutes for an employee to come up to the front and ask if I had been helped… While I was waiting I overheard the employee working the drive-through talk about how he enjoys bullying customers and how most of the customers he serves are stupid and annoying… I...
This place really stepped up their games since new management came in. Total night and day different in quality and wait time.

The staff is so overwhelmed and understaffed. They are constantly being yelled at. Watched the staff break down and cry because of how bad they are treated. Truly disgusting behavior from customers. The staff tries so very hard. They have pizzas prepared and ready for lunch and dinner rushes and it’s gone in an hour or two because the lines NEVER STOP!!! People think that with a huge line of cars and a line out the door that they should get their food in 15 min, then get angry...
