My wife and I and another couple enjoyed the Mad Moose Cafe in Eden. The food was excellent and the wait staff was very attentive and helpful. This is an excellent place to just kick back and have a cold drink, a morning coffee or lunch or dinner. No pretense-- come as you are and enjoy what you want. You'll love the food and the scenery-- we sat outside and really felt comfortable. Will get hot as the summer goes, so be aware of that, but they have parasol umbrella over...

They have a small kids menu and a good sized dinner menu. I had the vegetarian sandwich and added turkey it was AMAZING. The French dip was great and the Greek salad was authentic with all cucumbers as the base.

Visiting Eden and everyone told us to grab a meal at the Mad Moose Cafe and now I see why!!
What a great restaurant. The food was excellent and very diverse in offerings, we loved some of the more unique dishes. Not just the run of the mill foods here. We thought that the staff were all super friendly and patient with us. We had a large group and a baby and they never made us feel in the way.
