Powder Mountain Reviews
wow. keep sucking corporates dick
The new ownership has completely ruined this mountain. They took away a massive section of the mountain to turn it into a private ski resort. They spin all the press they can saying they put in new public lifts but the fact is this is all terrain we already had access too. They say the prices are to keep crowds away but with limited public terrain and new paid parking requirements this place will be busier and more expensive than ever. Most expensive lift tickets and season passes...read full review

Powder Mountain is a large ski area with diverse terrain, offering both deep snow and lighter coverage. The resort features a variety of runs, including challenging trails and gentle groomers. While the lifts are slow, the limited lift lines make waiting manageable. Visitors can enjoy spectacular views and different snow conditions. Recently, it was noted that the prices have risen, with a single lift ticket now costing around $229+.
Night skiing has gained positive feedback, with some guests enjoying the experience at a reasonable price of $19. Many noted that there are good runs open at night and that the lift operators are friendly and helpful. The parking situation has been mentioned as a bit challenging, but the views from the top of the mountain are considered the best in Utah. Despite some concerns about snow conditions, the resort offers a unique skiing experience with multiple ski resorts nearby.
The Powder Keg restaurant is a top-rated spot at Powder Mountain, offering high-quality, five-star ramen and rice bowls that completely blow away the usual ski lodge fare. The dishes are packed with flavor, and the quality is unreal for a ski resort. While it is pricely, it is considered 100% worth it for the exceptional dining experience.
