I admit they were possibly overwhelmed. The parks by lot was crammed full, so we used the drive-thru. The person manning the station had great difficulty taking the order, first nearly giving our daughter cheese curds instead of a cheeseburger and then almost giving us only burgers and, after much confusion, drinks, not entire combos. We went to check out and the DQ card we had with us failed. It was one thing after another: the drinks were not marked and so I had to taste them...

This is my second visit here & food is really good . Dairy Queen is actually one of my favorite fast food to eat in New York City . But in Staten Island both of the locations are out of business now so I missed their fish sandwiches!

We haven't been to DQ in years because of the food quality. I have to say today was a great visit. The food was really good. My husband had a bacon cheeseburger and I had chicken strips. We both had the Heath, carmel brownie sundae. It was huge and delicious. We could have shared. The service was great and all empty tables were clean and that is not only rare in fast food but also my biggest complaint. Bring your sweatshirt/jacket because it was freezing!! Nice job DQ crew!!!
