“There aren't many places to eat between St George Utah and Tonopah Nevada. We didn't plan well and needed dinner. This was about the only place to eat and it was a 10 mile detour.
We were pleasantly surprised. We expected a small town eating experience. This can be good and bad. You usually get a slower paced family oriented experience but sometimes you also get a "what are you doing in my town" attitude not only from the staff but also from the patrons.
This is about what you would expect from a local place. The food was good but not exceptional. The service was excellent. The ambience was sparse. The chairs were utilitarian.
If I'm ever in town again, I would return for the service, alone.
Parking: There is a small lot on site that is adequate for the restaurant
Kid-friendliness: Kids would definitely be welcome here.“
