I drive through Utah at least once a month and always order the Double Meat Burger, fries with special sauce, Mozzarella sticks and Hot Chocolate from The Cafe in Enterprise. Specious. Clean. Excellent food. The Terry family is #1.
I really enjoyed eating here. We have only gone a few times since it switched owners but the food is still great. I was a bit disapointed that a few of my favorites were removed from the menu, but that just means it's time to find new ones! My favorite that is still on the menu is the chicken fried steak! It's fresh tasting, delicious, and very filling. I love getting it with the baked potato. Their desserts are great too!
I was a little concerned about what the service would be like after reading some reviews, but Maureen had some of the best customer service skills I have seen in a restaurant. Great experience here. The food was as good as any country cafe I have eaten in previously and the service was fast. Pork chops were excellent, shakes were very good according to my father and my taco salad was exactly what i'd hoped for. Prices were reasonable. I would definitely eat here again.
