This place is always filthy even when it's empty. I know it gets slammed sometimes but when every table is filthy and workers are in the back hamming it up, it's pretty disappointing

I asked for everything fresh, it was definitely not fresh. I would not advise ever going to this McDonalds. Driving to Spanish fork is worth it. The employees at this McDonalds do not understand what customer service truly is. I went here on December 7, 2025. Around 4:30 P.M. Thought I was going to have actual fresh food. But it was anything but fresh. I got my order almost 5 min after placing my order. Never go here, they have no idea what they’re doing. I have 5 years of fast food experience and this restaurant is not worth 1 penny. Take the drive to Spanish fork, it’s worth it. This place is the worst place I’ve been to.

usually come in once a day, if not every other day, before work or on my way home. I’ve noticed the new girl, Trinity, is much more polite than the others. If my order is ever wrong at the window, she always makes sure I get the correct one. She’s really nice and soft-spoken, you can tell she takes her job seriously unlike some of the other employees I’ve come across. I hope to see more like her in the future!

I order chicken nuggets and fries and they smelled like burnt! Took it back and they said they replaced them with new but was placed in the same package! Weird! And all this happends when their great manager Rodrigo is on shift! Not to mention this is the second time this happends to me with this same worker! So stay away when this guy isnon shift because he is full of lies!

I’m going to be so real. I’ve lived in Ephraim since I was 9 and this place has sucked the entire time I’ve lived here. Today I ordered an online order with a happy meal and a frozen coke. I chose on the app to get a boo bucket. I also picked up my mom’s order of a frappe. We get there, the line is long, that’s normal. Then I get to the pick up window. Issue number 1: they clearly didn’t give me the boo bucket I asked for and instead gave me one of the toys from their McDonaldsland event from a month ago. Issue 2: they didn’t properly put on the lid for the frappe and as I left the parking lot, the lid slipped and splattered mocha frappe on my gear shift and cup holder. Issue 3: They gave me my frozen coke but it was OVERFLOWING onto the lid. They didn’t even take the time to clean it off. I work in food service so I understand making one or two mistakes but THREE??? I’m so over it. Don’t go here during the day, you’ll get way better service at the late night hours.

I have been there several times due to sporting events for our kids. Every time the service is very slow. Today the parking lot was being worked on so we went inside. Hardly any customers inside but the dining area was filthy gross. Tables hadn’t been cleaned, food and trash on the floor, restrooms were gross. Got our food, took 1 bite and threw it away. My daughter’s burger had large clumps of salt and pepper all over the meat. The fries were cold. I thought McDonalds were all the same? This particular location was very disappointing.
