A decent mcdonald's, I think it could be managed a lot better. Most of the employees do not speak English and are not very friendly.

One time I was getting McDonald's through the drive thru and orderd 2 cheeseburgers only kechup and a medium fry. It took a little while to get it but when i got home and looked in the burgers to see if they got it right. But when I did the burgers were normal burgers! I was disappointed but not as disappointed as I was going to be! I went back to the McDonald's and orderd the two burgers again but when I got home and looked in the burgers they got it wrong again! Anyways would not recomend this McDonald's.

Absolutely filthy. Had to clean my own table and WHY? Why can’t someone take 5 min and wipe down the tables and seats every hour? And the women’s bathroom feces all over the toilets. This was seen after I ate otherwise I would have turned around and left! I know the employees have to use those as well! If I get sick I will know why.

Every time my boyfriend and I get food from here after 8-9pm the food is always served cold and stale. Today we came in through the drive thru and received our food and my boyfriend handed me the bag, took a fry, and went to shift the car to leave and they had opened the window again to say, “You need to pull forward we can’t have you eating in our drive thru.” It’s not like we were just sitting there, felt very rushed and unwelcome 🙄

It's a McDonald's! The PlayPlace is great for kids.
The food is so nasty, is with too many amount of salt (someone told me that they to spoons of salt per meat) and I get sick because of that. The lobby is always dirty with napkins everywhere and food of people. The people there are nice but not all of them.

- THEY IGNORED ME IN AN EMPTY DRIVE THRU SO THEY DIDN’T HAVE TO DO THEIR JOBS!!! - The service quality is horrible. Management needs to do something. Yesterday night I went to this establishment, particularly because I hadn’t had the opportunity to eat throughout the busy day. I checked the store hours online, I arrived at 11:20. (They close at 11:30.) I have worked the fast food industry before so what happened next truly shows the poor work ethic of those who were working. I sat in the drive thru for 7 mins, from my experience the headsets fast food workers use, are constantly beeping as a car sets off the drive thru censor. With the full crew of working it’s easy to understand as a collective whole they all decided not to simply respond so I could get my order in. Then after 7 minutes in an empty drive thru a young man answered saying “Thank you for choosing McDonald’s, sorry for the wait.” In a sarcastic irritable tone and followed it with “We are closed..(and mumbled with an annoyed connotation.) The least the crew could have done was told me they were cleaning up and weren’t gonna serve me. It was rude and a ridiculous shame. I already find it odd that this particular McDonald’s closes at 11:30 when they could make so much profit off of college students who are hungry on late nights. The crew responsible for serving me was lazy and completely negligent of their literal jobs. I am planning on reporting this to the Managers, and Higher Ups within the corporate department. This was the SECOND time I’ve had this happen.

Usually I don't have any issues with this location, however today I did. I ordered 2 $5 meal deals. Once I got home and pulled the contents out of the bag, I was missing one of the 4 piece nuggets. Tried calling several times with no answer. Once we began eating we couldn't even eat the fries. They were so salty it was ridiculous. The spicy chicken was got but the mcdouble was so over cooked it wasn't very good. Tried calling a couple more times with no answer again. Very disappointed!

This is the worst McDonald’s food and service I’ve ever experienced. Went in and ordered the new chicken big Mac and an original chicken sandwich all the way home which is not close to the location, but my husband wanted to try the chicken big Mac. When I got home, the big Mac was just an original burger big Mac and the original chicken sandwich had nothing but the bun on it All the way back crappy service they didn’t even care food was made sloppy. Avoid this McDonald’s if you can they don’t have customer service at all.
