“We were meeting up with family and heard good things about Roy's from other friends who knew they area well. We did not have to wait long to be seated and served our food despite the fact that they were a lot busier than normal. I know the staff was probably all working extra hours, yet they were kind and served us well. We had a chicken bacon ranch pizza, an Italian cheesesteak, and a BBQ Hawaiian. All three were very good, with our favorite probably being the chicken bacon ranch. We also tried a cheesesteak calzone, my wife and I both really liked that. Their mozzarella breadsticks were a great way to get started with ranch and marinara sauce to accompany them. I would absolutely go back in the future.”
“This eclectic diner will remind older folks of the happy days of the 50's and early 60's. You just never know the gems you can find in small towns like Ephraim Utah.”
“Had lunch with friends last week following Manti Temple open house. We all ordered the special for about $10 each including chips and drinks. Food and service were excellent. Not crowded. Quiet so we could visit and hear each other. I definitely would go again if in the area.Vegetarian options: The special we ordered had no meat. Bean taco, rice, refried beans, cheese enchilada, chips and drink.Parking: We parked in front of building.”
“They are fast and so nice. Plenty of drink options and they have punch cards! (That’s a pic of an old punch card..so cute) Just a great drink place. I love the Dr. Raz and the blended chai. The sweet girl working there took my phone and took pictures of the other drinks listed inside after she knew I was taking photos of the menu. Great people!”
“So happy I stopped here!!! My family and I were just passing through Ephraim and decided to stop here for breakfast. This cafe did not disappoint! The food was so good and if you don't get the beignets then you will certainly be missing out!”
“Fifteen years ago we ate an evening meal at the Snow Dragon while on a journey through the Southwest. Only a few specific memories remain, but one of the best is of a conversation with the owner’s son who was our waiter, a fine young man. After conversing about a number of subjects, I suggested that he must be Latter Day Saint because of the location. He said, “of course not, I am Buddhist.” We laughed heartily about that. The food and service were great, but that memory remains and continues to bring a smile. I sincerely hope that he and his family continue to be well.”
“I have always enjoyed subway. From when I was young it has been a go to spot for me. Since moving to snow college in august, I have bought sandwiches from the Ephraim location once or twice a week. Different subways have better food and customer service. The costumer service at the ephraim subway is generally amazing, only a couple of times has it not been outstanding. The speed of service and price is very reasonable for a small town. The added convenience of a drive through is also a positive. The sandwiches are well made and tasty, also I have never been told no to having extra veggies. I would highly recommend the Ephraim subway as a spot for lunch. Especially for broke college students on a budget. (save the other half of the footlong for later)”
“By far the best Walmart anywhere! Any time I go, the staff is always friendly. Even though it is smaller, I can always find what I need. So grateful to have a Walmart near me. 4 stars because they have switched most registers to Self Checkout, and usually only 1-2 actual cashiers working the registers.”
“With the Caesar you get what you get as far as food goes. We all know it’s hot and it’s ready, it’s cheep pizza but that’s not a bad thing the important part is that it’s consistent. The only area where this little Caesar’s varies from all the others is the customer service. The staff is great, they are attentive and friendly and that’s all I ask.”
“The reason I’m giving this review is because of one specific employee. I know her name is Laurie, I hope I spelled it right. I’ve been a Sanpete county native my whole life. I’ve come to this location many times. For over 10 years coming up on 15 I’m sure Laurie has worked for this location. She is always smiling, happy, and fun to talk to. She always remembers me and engages in friendly chat. She is incredibly sharp in her job from customer service to work ethic whether it’s running the drive through with clarity and professionalism to cleaning and talking to customers. I’ve never met a better food industry employee. I feel guilty for not having given her this review years ago. If you come through the drive through or get the opportunity to meet her she is the best! She’s the reason this McDonald’s is so great! I hope they know how lucky they are to have her. As I said above she’s the sole reason for this 5 star review. Her management better see this and give her an award or a raise because she deserves it! Thank you Laurie for always making my day when I come around! You’re the best!”
“4.6/5 stars. Nestled in beautiful Sanpete County town, Das Cafe stands apart from what are otherwise burger and fast food joints. True to roots of Spring City’s European settlers, Das Cafe strikes a pleasant cord with mostly German dinner fare. The brats are delicious— and the carrot cake, rich. Service can be slow on a busy Saturday and you want to avoid sitting in the dark annex adjoining the main building.”
“I was googling many different places last minute for an unexpected event that had occurred. Sweet Shop Natalie was able to help me achieve the perfect cookies! They were personalized with great detail and extremely delicious. Sweet Shop Natalie is very talented! They came packaged individually and in the cutest box with ribbon. She was professional, understanding, quick and made this a seemingly easy task for myself. I would use her again over and over and recommend her to all! Thanks again Sweet Shop Natalie!”
“Surprisingly good! Fish n chips were done well with a classic yet original flair! kudos for having malt vinegar! Cole slaw was homemade & original yet classic & not too sweet! The upsell for an additional piece of fish was way over priced! The "tip at the time of sale" was distasteful as it focuses on the sale rather than the focus on the customer experience! That model says: if you tip us now, we will provide good service. Tipping after service gives the restaurant incentive to do all they can to make a customer for life! Not much restaurant competition in this area so they have little incentive to be fully customer-centric. However overall, good job!”
“Popular place on April 3. Beautiful weather allowed our group of 6 to eat outside as there was no room indoors. The specialty burgers were really good. The grandkids burgers were pretty plain, which is what they will eat. The battered fries are really good. The shakes were smooth and thick. So glad we found this place.”
“I'm so glad we chose this place for lunch today, it was a good.choice! I had the #1 burger combo with curly fries - yummy!afterwards group got donuts and ice cream to-go - all of it was great. Service was good, friendly staff clean, clean restaurant - would definitely stop here again and recommend to anyone looking for a well-priced and yummy meal!”
“I wanted to post a pic but when I picked up my pizza I noticed the prep area was a disaster! Who knows how long some of the cheese and other topping have been sitting there. I know in other places”
“the best part of my day. i typically order a drink that isn’t on the menu and a little but more difficult to make. the whole staff is amazing but there are three guys here that go seriously above and beyond everyday to make sure i’m being taken care of and that my drink is always up to par, etc. my drink also always looks so good and they always put extra effort. they’re AMAZING!!! will forever be my favorite coffee shop!”
