They can cook some items in only avocado oil or butter. Plus keto or paleo options! Loved the saukraut burger minus the bun. Kids liked the brat but not the soup and salads. Service was good but not accurate. Overcharged me. Didn’t catch until after I tipped. So they got 25% tip on a mistake. Hours limited. We would go again.
While visiting family in Spring City we had the opportunity to eat at Das Cafe. The building looks really small but it has a larger room almost like a banquet hall off the main dining area/cafe. It was packed but we got our food quickly once we decided what to order. Our group ordered the loaded Belgian waffle with fresh berries, the salami and havarti sandwich, the soup of the day which was chili, and the bratwurst platter with mashed potatoes and sauerkraut.
