“Visited over the 4th of July weekend and love the new patio! It was obvious that the owners were intentional in their choices and didn’t just throw out tables and chairs, it was a lovely place to sit as the sun was going down. This was our second stop since they opened and both times we’ve had great food and great service. Especially loved the cheese stix this time!
(And seriously I could watch the donut machine for hours, mesmerizing!)”

“All right, I’ll be honest. I’m new in town and I was looking for a coffee shop.. being from the city I’m very familiar also with a little coffee huts… this was not that and that’s OK. Cute lovely place with fun drinks. I had a great conversation with a girl there who I did not catch her name, but she also gave me some great recommendations to some other places around town as well. “Great Gem! Nice place for stop on a rest day while climbing at Maple. A group of four of us got 3 shakes and a soft serve vanilla cone. Shakes were yummy and served with an extra styrofoam cup to help insulate it. Best vanilla soft serve I’ve had in a while.”

“The sweet sour chicken is by far the best I have had. The chicken is tender never over cooked and not all batter. The hot and sour soup is another favorite if ours, very balanced . The food is always hot and fresh vegetables. Oh and the garlic chicken!! We have been coming here for years, the staff is also a bunch of wonderful people very courteous snd friendly. “I have always enjoyed subway. From when I was young it has been a go to spot for me. Since moving to snow college in august, I have bought sandwiches from the Ephraim location once or twice a week. Different subways have better food and customer service. The costumer service at the ephraim subway is generally amazing, only a couple of times has it not been outstanding. The speed of service and price is very reasonable for a small town. The added convenience of a drive through is also a positive. The sandwiches are well made and tasty, also I have never been told no to having extra veggies. I would highly recommend the Ephraim subway as a spot for lunch. Especially for broke college students on a budget. (save the other half of the footlong for later)”

“I tell ya how it is breh, you ain't beating them hot and ready deals anywhere else, because when you I the mood for some pizza (yup yup) you don't have to wait as a long because they always got some ready,. If it's not to your liking such as its not fresh you can always ask them to make a fresh one. This is hands down the cheapest and fastest pizza you can get in Ephraim. Everywhere else takes 30 plus mins for 1 pizza”
