I went through the drive through an hour before closing after 23 minutes of waiting, we ordered our sandwiches and when we opened them we had no cheese that we asked for the wrong vegetables and lack of. When we called in the morning after they did not answer the phone that night of the sandwich incident. The lady on the phone was very rude and told us there was nothing she could do because the guy was trained and knew how to do portions. WHAT KIND OF PORTION IS NO CHEESE WHEN I WANTED CHEESE.

Girl making sandwiches started open mouth coughing on her gloves. No point in covering your mouth to cough if it’s on gloves you’re going to touch food with. We said we didn’t feel comfortable eating there because of it and she didn’t apologize and looked at us confused why we didn’t want to stay. Wouldn’t recommend.

Today I was waiting in the drive through for so long my car battery died. It was very frustrating I didn’t even get to order and there was only one car ahead of me. I understand that it takes awhile especially where u have to build the sandwiches but this had me baffled.

I am so angry. I ordered food to be delivered at 5:00 for a family member who had surgery and would be getting home around 4:30. About 2:30, I received a text saying it was ready for delivery. When I explained that I had asked to have it delivered at 5:00, make the order for delivery at five. The next thing I know, I received a text saying the order had been canceled and an e-mail that said the same thing. Right in the order I asked for a 5:00 delivery. It is not my fault they did not pay attention. They had my phone number, if they could not do that, they should have texted me and said that, not let me think that the food would be delivered. Now the worst part--they charged me and have not refunded my money. I want my money back!

We were trying to get something to eat for our 20 month old baby. We ordered a 6-inch chicken sandwich, just bread and chicken, no veggies or condiments. They charged us 10.00 for a sandwich... it was not a combo, no drink or chips where ordered. A little price if you ask me.

Just not the same as it used to be. Not anyone's fault but corporate and their faulty decisions with the interior decor and choice sandwiches. Marinara sauce is different...no more option for chic fajita...round Sandie are all gone out the window for a decade or more now. This place has amazing workers and they need raises too! And expensive as all get out. Even with coupons. That inflation fault though. Where did the chicken breast go?
I wish the sandwich was like the one they show on TV. Not even close.....

I have always enjoyed subway. From when I was young it has been a go to spot for me. Since moving to snow college in august, I have bought sandwiches from the Ephraim location once or twice a week. Different subways have better food and customer service. The costumer service at the ephraim subway is generally amazing, only a couple of times has it not been outstanding. The speed of service and price is very reasonable for a small town. The added convenience of a drive through is also a positive. The sandwiches are well made and tasty, also I have never been told no to having extra veggies. I would highly recommend the Ephraim subway as a spot for lunch. Especially for broke college students on a budget. (save the other half of the footlong for later)
