Reviews of this location tend to be very polarizing. As someone who lives nearby, and eats here regularly this franchise is run of the mill fast food. I would say that for the most part the food I receive is above average in both price, speed, and quality, all things considered. The people making 1 star reviews complaining about wait times or forgotten items, have never worked a day in food service. For the people who are making 3 star reviews, you’re genuinely psychotic. No one should eat a burger, then say: “That was mid, I’ll take time out of my day to write a 3 star review”. Personally I find myself situation with time to kill between work, and happen to have stumbled upon the all so common 3 star page of a fast food restaurant. The point of this review is to set the record straight, the reason I choose to patronize Wendy’s over the McDonald’s across town and the Arby’s on the other side of the street. Is because the entire experience from ordering on the app, to picking up my greasy Baconator at the window, Then driving home to eat it, Is because it’s better. All around, full stop. If you order on the app, and show up around 5 minutes after placing your order. You will get your food instantly, if there is someone in line who didn’t order on the app with a large order. Often times they will bump them up a car space so you can pick up your food. Very good Wendy’s in Ephraim, you did what was reasonably asked of you Bring back the 3$ son of baconator

The guy with the red-ish beard and hair, that typically works mornings is very kind and outgoing. Even a day like today when I’m in terrible mood his gentle spirt shows through. Sincerely the guy with the leather jacket

Fyi to the owner of this location Thomas is a bad gm employees literally bad mouth him in front of customers and he's the rudest guy followed after multiple interviews he rarely follows up with people and when you contact the store they have no idea either even though Thomas told the person he interviewed to follow up the next week if they hadn't been contacted yet....

I went to the drive through, they messed up my order. I got the chili cheese fries but they forgot the chili. I also ordered 6pc spicy nuggets and didn’t receive my nuggets only the carton. I am very disappointed . But thank god they didn’t forget my ranch for the nuggets. They didn’t mess up my spicy chicken sandwich this time.

I just did a mobile order on my app. I spent almost $60 to feed 5 people. I went through drive through to pick it up. I had ordered 3 drinks, a baconator combo large, a biggie bag, a large chili, medium fries, a bacon baked potato, another baconator, a son of baconator. So get home have none of the chili toppings I.e. crackers, sauce or sour cream. No spoon no straws or napkins!! When y’all open you got things right. Must have hire the McDonalds people!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

I live close to this Wendy’s and it started out great, but over the last few months has gone way down hill. For some reason they switched to shredded lettuce which has had more wilted lettuce and is not as good. The chicken has been smaller pattys and the service has missed items a lot more. I gotta tell the owners, speed does not matter if the food starts to suck. Ill go over to Arbys and wait 20 min for fresh frys and chicken. Ill fix this review if it gets better. Please go back to full heads of lettuce and good tomatoes.

Worst customer service ever I asked for 2 large coffee's and they gave me 2 smalls. Please listen to the customers when they order food and drinks.
This has got to be hands down one of best Wendys locations I have ever been to! I frequently drive through Nephi for multiple different reasons and having the opportunity to be able to stop into this location always makes the day better! The food is always cooked and made to my expectations, the staff is sweet and friendly and Jayson the general manager is always very involved with his staff and customers.

The staff here is about 10 times better than the staff at most Wendy’s (must be that Mormon thing) but they don’t give free refills on coffee, which is something that 95% of Wendy’s will do and virtually 100% of any Burger King or McDonald’s will do. If you are part of a franchise, there should be some consistency amongst different locations.
