On our way to Manti, we stopped at the Corner Station Deli for a quick bite to eat. Nolan took our order and made a wonderful Cubano and Italian sandwiches. We also got a cup of soup and chocolate mousse. Delicious meal! 25 min later as we arrived at our Bed and Breakfast, my husband discovered he had left his pack with his wallet and medication back at the Corner Station Deli. One of the best sandwiches that I have had in a very long time! I wish I lived closer, but I will change the way I travel just to get a sandwich! I got the Wild West and a side of potatoe salad. It was very good.
