This Arby’s in in Lagoon. Hours are not accurate
Hire new employees!!! everything takes forever, wether it's the customer service or the food. everything is at a snails pace. it seems like that anywhere you go in lagoon. seriously get a better staff

I usually love Arby’s but the staff at this location is terrible. I had to wait for employees to finish their own non-work related conversations with one another before they fixed the issue with my food I went up to the counter for. And the person that fixed the mistake did it without any gloves. I do not ever recommend going here, please just save yourself the trouble and go to the Subway next door.

The workers were insanely disrespectful and unclean. Wouldn’t talk to us directly just kept looking around. Cameron was the cashiers name i believe and I truly do think he needs some serious retraining. He also grab our food ungloved right after taking change. Disgusting. We did not eat the food absolute waste of money.

the workers are the most inefficient, slow people i’ve ever met (except for this one girl with blonde hair and blue and red tinsel she was utterly amazing) the food was good but does not reflect the outrageous prices they put us through.

Guy at the counter seemed nervous and when I asked if they had ham he confirmed that they did. I asked for two ham and cheese sliders and was given two whole roast beef sandwiches with no cheese. They did not have ham which in understandable but I'm upset I was lied to and given a completely wrong order.

Came on 6/4/25, worst service ever. Employees standing around ignoring you, kids twerking on tables, rude workers. I can see why Subway next door is crazy busy and they're not.

My uncle got fry sauce for his fries, I wanted fry sauce so I asked for some but they said they didn’t have fry sauce.

Amazing. I had a fantastic chicken bacon ranch wrap from Kent’s in here. Pretty good. My friend said his chicken sandwich was the best he’d ever had.
Kid-friendliness: I’m a minor and they were very friendly to me.

Very poor service and bad food. 5 teenage workers doing nothing but won’t help me at the counter. Then just paying attention to all their friends that came in. Also the double sandwich I ordered only had the amount of meat from the reg sandwich and the fries were bad. I’ll never eat Arby’s at the lagoon location again

Poor service. The service workers will just stare at you and are on their phones during a backed-up line. They’ll mess up your order, double charge you, and the food will occasionally be raw. Just go anywhere else.

I wish I had read the reviews first. To call the quality of food here trash would be a massive compliment.Get this: you haven’t eaten for the whole day, you figure you’ll just fork out $10 to buy yourself a meal. You decide to reluctantly go to Arby’s because you’re assuming it’ll be cheaper than Subway. Then you see the menu. The cheapest burger is $8. The picture looks gross, but you’ve already spent hundreds of bucks paying for your family to get into the park in the first place… so you buy it and an $8 chocolate shake (Because that’s the only appetizing item on the menu). So $16 total just for you to eat.You regret instantly wasting precious money on such a little amount of food… but at least you have some dinner before you leave the park. The sandwich is absolutely disgusting. In fact, the cafeteria food from the elementary school you went to decades ago has food you’d rather have than this gross bread slapped together with some suspicious meat and cheese in it. You have trouble finishing it because of how disgusting it tastes, but at least you have your chocolate shake… your $8 chocolate shake that the worker went to town on with the chocolate syrup. It tastes like you literally just squeezed straight chocolate syrup into your mouth and then topped it off with whipped cream. It’s also a small size when you thought you ordered a large for the money you spent on it.You leave the park dissatisfied and feeling like you’ve been stripped of your money and your dignity. You had a fun time waiting 2 hours in line for the overrated Premodial rollercoaster, but now all you can think about weeks later is how you got gypped of your $16+ in desperation for food to avoid starving. This was the experience I had and the experience you’ll have by ordering at this Arby’s. Just like the line for the premodial rollercoaster, it’s not worth it.

My husband stopped to get us dinner since I’m sick. We ordered a sandwich, 3 sliders, 2 fries, and 2 orders of mozz sticks. His sandwich was wrong and we got ZERO mozz sticks? That’s the cost of like half our order. Super disappointed in how much food we are missing. Also the bread on the sliders has been changed to be less thick than the older buns I’m used too and they were all soggy.
