“My wife and I stopped in here over the weekend and we're pleasantly surprised with this place. The atmosphere was great and it was kept very clean. Service was quick and welcoming.

The food was very good. I am a bit of a burger and fry snob. The burgers here were very good and I would give them an 8 out of 10. They clearly use fresh local ingredients and have good quality control.
The fries were quite unique and also receive and 8 out of 10.

“I have Zao’s at least once a week and they never disappoint. Delicious, fresh and simple ingredients. I love it!I wasn’t feeling well and was craving their rich broth but couldn’t pick it up myself, so I used DoorDash, but couldn’t add a special request, so I call the store and asked to have more broth on my soup and less meatballs, I really just wanted broth and noodles. The lady whom I spoke with was very kind and offered to still send me the meatballs but on the side in case I want to eat the later, I wish I had gotten her name. And to my surprise there was a sweet note in the bag that read “feel better soon! “Very thoughtful and kind. Above and beyond service and the food as always delicious.”

“First time having Ramen. Really enjoyed the Tonkotsu Ramen. The portion was a good size meal. Will definitely go back to try the Shoyu Ramen and Steamed Bun.”

“I saw another review about the beer glasses. So I went to see what was up. Like the reviewer said they do not serve beer in a regular glass, you have to get the souvenir cup. And it’s not refillable. For a second beer you have to rebuy the souvenir cup again. Feels bad to throw away a pretty cup but I have rides to get on and can’t carry it around the whole time. I asked for water and they don’t serve that and they guy couldn’t tell me why. A lady came by and said it’s bc there is something wrong with lagoon’s water inside their bathrooms and faucets and they have to get it tested. I did come here yesterday and had water from one of the food places and it tasted funny but I figure l’m the 80’s and drank out of the hose anyway and I was dehydrated.”

“These hotdogs are actually pretty good now. They are much better than they were when this was called Honolulu hot dogs and was over by Cannibal. They are expensive though at almost $10 for a regular sized hotdog.”

“My husband absolutely loves their soft ice cream. He says it's like it was when he was a kid. He gets enough for a week every Saturday. I personally Love the hard ice cream flavors. They have alot and they change them up so there's always something new to try. We can walk to them right from our house. Go .... you won't regret it.”

Ridiculous how they’ve been in business for so many years but only have one crêpe maker so you end up waiting 45 minutes on a medium busy day. Don’t have time for in 2024. Especially when they raise the prices every few months.”
