“Basically your local Chipotle. You get in line and pick exactly what you want in your burrito or bowl. As a huge Chipotle fan, I would say this place has its subjective pros and cons. I like the beans at this place better. They’re more flavorful and juicy. The queso here has a kick to it. The rice is thicker and tastes less seasoned than Chipotle. The meat selections are about the same! However one downfall is that they do seem to charge for the wrong items. We wanted the handheld burrito but they gave us the Rio burrito and charged more for it. So make sure to specify what it is you want otherwise they will assume you want the more expensive option. Overall the meal was super tasty and not too expensive! Definitely your basic fast food Mexican chain except that it’s a local chain. Had to try it at least once.“

“A great little place to eat a yummy Philly cheesesteak sandwich! The owner does it all himself and does it with speed and accuracy! He only takes cash and checks, and there’s a hole in the counter for large bills and checks with a smaller pot on the counter for smaller bills. You get your own change back. All meals come with chips and a drink which you also get yourself. Each table has a small spray bottle of sanitizer for you to clean up after yourself.

Alice’s is located in a very industrial area but the interior is quirky, fun, and relaxed. Great service. I’d recommend it! I’d love to try their breakfast sometime. “Service is always prompt, courteous and friendly, food is always prompt, high quality, hot and delicious We have never had a bad experience there, even when they are super busy they can get you seated within 15 min or so, if I had to complain about anything it would be that they close at 9 pm, being that they do have a bar, you would think they would stay open until 11 or 12 on the weekends“

I think we refilled the cucumber kimchi about 50,000 times! 😂 Surprisingly, even my American husband, who normally hates vegetables, absolutely loved it!

We ordered the Galbitang (short rib soup) and Jjamppong (spicy seafood noodle soup). The Galbitang was incredibly hearty and tasted just like the authentic Galbitang I remember from Korea. The Jjamppong wasn’t overly spicy or intense in flavor, but it had the most generous amount of toppings I’ve seen compared to other restaurants!

More than anything, I could really feel the warmth and generosity of Korean hospitality through the food. It reminded me of home ❤“

“It pains me to write a bad review because we have had such good food here. But in an effort to keep the same quality of pizza we expect from Lucky Slice, I’m leaving this review. We bought 3 XL pizzas for the Rose Bowl last Monday. They were Pepperoni, The Carnivore and the Herbavore / Veggie. The Herbavore was grossly undercooked, so undercooked you could not pick up the pizza without it sliding off the soggy dough. It was not even editable. Veggie pizza produces a lot of juices so I get may be a little tricky to get cooked correctly. We have never had this problem before and it was a big disappointment for it to be well, really gross pizza. I hope you all can correct this and we can count on you for great pizza in the future.“
