Excellent and fresh food. The lunch special was a great value and quickly served. The place is a hole in the wall for sure and could use a total makeover, but the food was well worth the dive atmosphere.
This is definitely a tasty Thai treat in Layton. The massaman and pineapple curries were delicious. The spring rolls were super hot and fresh! The service was also kind and very understanding of our three small children.They have a lunch special between 12-3, Monday-Friday.Parking: Free parking lot that stretches around the back of the building.Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendly staff. This is a sit-down restaurant.

What a find! Came here on the suggestion of some friends from the area and will definitely be coming back. We enjoyed the Pineapple Curry, but we were floored by the Pad Me Korat. I've never had Pad Me Korat and I've never seen it at another Thai restaurant. If you go to Thai Rod Dee (you definitely should) do yourself a favor and get the Pad Me Korat-- it's like a more flavorful Pad Thai.The folks running the joint are super nice and friendly, very attentive.So glad we found...read full review
