Summary: trouble with speed, accuracy, and cleanliness. This location seems to be struggling, at least my first and only visit today.At 2pm, well after the lunch rush, we ordered online to pickup immediately. We showed up 20min later and food was not ready, which is fine. Cafe Rio is always a great place to get a bite to eat.The service at this location is awesome. Every time I have been here either for takeout or sit down the staff has been wonderful. The restaurant is kept very clean.I highly recommend the sweet pork salad, easily ends up being two meals for me.The chips and salsa with queso is an awesome addition to any meal. Cafe Rio used to be the best service and food. Even though the Food is still amazing it has gotten quite expensive. I would not mind but the service was HORRIBLE. Long lines, bad attitude by employees, not getting our order correct when we are standing right there and telling them one thing and do another, their special drinks and all out but the mint lime, 2 soda flavors were out, and more. Wish Cafe Rio would improve on their quality again as its definitely gone down hill.
