Went at 8pm on Friday night, 8/11/23. The ribs were a bit over done, but honestly I'm not too upset about that since it was 8pm. My frustration came because I wanted hush puppies as my side, but I was told they were out. Not necessarily upset about that until a couple who came in and ordered after me sat down near me and an employee came to tell them that they only had 4 hush puppies, so they would give them those and another side. The pulled pork and sliced brisket was great.. the garlic mashers were super good. I asked for no gravy but was pleasantly surprised how good the gravy was. Roll could have been served warm but a great meal.
