Went to drive up today 4/16, ordered a Son of Baconator combo with a cinnabon pull apart. I went to eat meal and burger was so drowned in sauce i couldn't find the meat. i scraped off the sauce and saw it had hardly any bacon and 1 hamburger patty. Tried the grilled ranch chicken wrap and my wrap was 80% cheese and some of the chicken was inedible because it was dry and rock hard for some reason? You can see the color difference in my photo. There was 0 ranch and like 4 pieces of lettuce. Also, the fries were almost inedible because of the salt.

The fries were limp and cold, like they have been sitting for a while. They forgot part of my order, 2/3 of the sodas were out. One employee told me they’ve been out for a while and can’t be refilled, then the acting manager came out and filled them all.
