My sandwich was made incorrectly two separate times. I had ordered a Dave's Double with no cheese. The first time it had cheese on it, the second time it had only lettuce. I received zero apology at any point. In fact the manager tried to argue with me that I had entered it incorrectly through the app, which is blatantly false. I order through the app quite frequently, know exactly what to input, and seldom have any issues. Moreover the kitchen staff seemed quite put out at being asked to remake the order twice as I observed them glaring at me and making exaggerated gestures to show them making my sandwich. Mind you that while my demeanor surely conveyed annoyance, at no point did I yell, swear, or make any threats - after the second mixup when they started arguing with me again, I let out a "come on guys!", which was the extent of my reaction, so I found their attitude to be highly unnecessary. I somewhat aggressively took the bag on the third attempt at my order, which prompted the manager to yell at me across the restaurant after I had walked away and was trying to eat. Again, completely unwarranted. I understand that mistakes happen. This could had been quickly resolved if they offered a quick apology or even said nothing and just fixed the order instead of arguing and blaming the customer. But they chose to escalate the situation multiple times. The entire staff who was working this shift needs significant retraining in customer service. People come here to have a quick meal and sit and relax for a minute. But the dining experiences of several individuals were disrupted by a staff who continued to escalate things and particularly by a manager who was shouting across the restaurant to dress down a customer. Frankly anyone who was dining at this location between approximately 1:30-1:45 this afternoon deserves to be compensated for their inconvenience.

I waited in the drive-through line for almost 30 minutes. OK, fine. I understand they're busy; but, they still screwed up my order the only place where the McDonald's is this Wendy's

The fries were limp and cold, like they have been sitting for a while. They forgot part of my order, 2/3 of the sodas were out. One employee told me they’ve been out for a while and can’t be refilled, then the acting manager came out and filled them all.

Went to drive up today 4/16, ordered a Son of Baconator combo with a cinnabon pull apart. I went to eat meal and burger was so drowned in sauce i couldn't find the meat. i scraped off the sauce and saw it had hardly any bacon and 1 hamburger patty. While i was eating my burger, i looked up what a Son of Baconator should look like and the burger i got looked nothing like it. I realize they dress up food or even use doctored photos for ads. I wish i would've taken a photo of the burger i got, but i was hungry and had eaten it before i knew it was not a Son of Baconator for which i had paid $16.32 for the meal. Three days prior i had purchased a Biggie meal for which you get 4 chicken nuggets, a fry, a drink and a choice of sandwich (a double cheese with bacon) for around $7. Definitely more food for $$. Also, don't waste your money on a Cinnabon item, mine was hard as rock. However, I'm so upset with Wendy's I'm not at all interested in eating there in the near future. Only reason they got 2 stars rather than 1 star was because they refunded my meal. I'm writting this review to bring attention to the fact Wendy's food has gone way down in quality and way way up in price!

Huge jump in prices that do not match the service or quality food.My food was cold and asked for pickles to be removed, but they were not removed. This sounds petty, but I have asked this Location do this many times, and every time they do not do it or they provide me with cold food. This company is raising their prices without any representation for it. I understand that there is inflation, but they are not keeping up with the quality of their food. Lost their standards obviously and it is disappointing.Do not go to this location you will be disappointed.Go to habit burger across the street they now have similar prices since Wendy’s keeps going up and habit burger has standards.

I had not had a Wendy's burger for years, stopped in Kaysville last week and ordered a Dave's Single (same exact order) however that burger was DELICIOUS!!!! I was craving another one, was deeply disappointed today when I visited the Farmington store (once again). Will NEVER go there again even though it is very close to my house. When is somebody going to get a clue that the Wendy's in Farmington NEEDS SOME HELP!!!! It needs to go away!!!

Tried the grilled ranch chicken wrap and my wrap was 80% cheese and some of the chicken was inedible because it was dry and rock hard for some reason? You can see the color difference in my photo. There was 0 ranch and like 4 pieces of lettuce. Also, the fries were almost inedible because of the salt.
