This Starbucks Coffee Company location receives mixed reviews. The matcha is all foam, described as terrible. One order of an egg and gouda sandwich and hot chocolate was good, but the staff person moved the card reader to cause a maximum tip. However, the girls that work the drive through are always friendly and cheerful, and the coffee is good. It is genuinely a favorite Starbucks, as drinks always taste amazing, service is great, and the lobby is nice to sit inside. Others are confused by negative reviews, finding staff friendly, service quick, and quality consistent. Soy lattes are loved, temperature is almost always perfect, and the staff is good at making recommendations to customize.
