***Costa contacted me today! They explained their policy and their email was very nice! I'm changing my star ? rating.* Over 2 weeks ago, I responded to Guest Support: "please email us..." as they requested and have not heard a thing! Nothing, no response. Nada. I ordered a sweet pork burrito. Had I not been watching, I don't think I could have told you what meat was used because the quantity was so small. Further the amount of cheese added to the burrito was equally sparse. They should just call this a rice and bean burrito because that is essentially what you get.Further, the customer service is nonexistent.
