Absolutely authentic Mexican food. Moving from Southern California, I was going to miss Mexican food, but this IS the spot for it.Carne Asada taco 4.1/5: SUPER flavorful. This place was soso good! One of the best I've had in Utah. Jarochos is a small joint located in Layton, and upon entering, you are greeted by a sweet lady. We ordered many different items, and the menu offers a lot too. The choriqueso and chips were the perfect appetizer. There was so much queso that I just wished we had a bit more chips. Great food i went with my sister and niece was helped by lupita a nice lady and a great cook. The food was fresh and delicious. Sadly i was visiting i wish i could have gone another time b4 my trip was over. Anyway this is authentic Mexican food coming from a Mexican food connoisseur from San Diego home is the best Mexican food ever
