“I think I may be addicted, y'all. Santorini's has high-quality food with yummy ingredients and great customization options. Think of a build-your-own burrito place, but Greek. (They have premade stuff if you don't want the ambiguity of customization.) Yummy pita, delicious chicken, and their garlic fries are perfect. I usually get to-go but their dine-in experience is also nice and clean. Love eating here and would highly recommend you give them a try.”

“I see why there is long a wait here every night. The food we had today was spectacular! We've experienced Tex-Mex in Austin and Cal-Mex in Southern California. Red Iguana more than holds it own against those two famous areas of the country for Mexican cuisine. This place looks like a hole in the wall from all the stickers on the door and windows, but don't let those fool you. This establishment serves up world-class Mexican food. This is a must visit restaurant in Salt Lake City.”

“The food was good. I think it comes from a different part of Mexico than what I am used to? Lots of mole and sauces. Tasted home cooked and a great environment. Friendly staff. Clean. I love spicey dishes and they didn't have much as far as spice goes, but, again, I think thay is because of the part of Mexico this food originates?”

Everything was seriously SO tasty - chai, snapper, chicken, greens, plantains, even down to the rice and beans - the flavors were incredible. Every bite we took we said "wow, THAT is good." It's truly a fusion restaurant, and they did it perfectly. We knew this place had great reviews, and if I could give 10/5 stars, I would. Would have really loved to try dessert, but we'll save that for next time because we will definitely be back.”

“Passing through North Salt Lake, I wanted local flair and found it at Apollo Burger. The blue cheese burger was just like what we make at home with tons of flavor, perfect bacon, and plenty of cheese. Just when I thought the burger and fries were great, I tasted the milk shake...wow! The food, especially the meats, were beyond my expectations—tender, flavorful, and perfectly cut for that melt-in-your-mouth sensation. The broth options complemented the meats beautifully, enhancing the overall dining experience. “The steak salad here is life changing. I’m not ready to declare it the best steak I’ve ever had, but it is without a doubt the best “add steak to your xxx” I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked, the amazing flavor and tenderness of a skirt steak but the leanness of…something leaner, fillet? Really good, we’ll be back. The crispy artichoke side dish was also a stand out, I’d order that again as well.”

“If you like Italian food then you have to visit this restaurant in SLC! We went there twice during our 4 day stay. The service was great and so was the food! For appetizers I recommend the whipped Brie and carpaccio. The bread service was also so yummy! As for the entrees we got the risotto, brasato braised beef, truffle pasta which were 10/10. The filet Mingon was also tasty but could use a little bit less salt. Ravioli al Funghi is vegan and also tasted very fresh. As for dessert I would recommend the tiramisu! Honestly everything was flavorful 10/10 recommend.”

“Every employee, every where, is paid to some sort of service. At Apollo, they are paid to make and serve food. However, they do NOT have to smile. They do NOT have to drop fresh fries in the fryer so we get crispy, hot fries . They do NOT have to seem genuinely interested in making sure we get what we ask for and enjoy it. There is a difference between forced kindness and actual kindness. Every single time I visit Apollo burger the employees display all of the above characteristics. They always smile, they always go out of their way to make great food, for the sake of US. Thank you Neidy/Lili for being amazing employees and most importantly, great people. You never fail us. You always greet us with a warm smile and you always fill our tummies with hot, fresh food. I think everyone in the customer service business could learn a lesson from these two great people.”

I like the fun flavored sugars and spices to add. Explore all three floors and various secret nooks each time you go back!”

“This ice cream has been probably the most fresh ice cream I've had. I like the idea of new ice cream flavors almost daily it adds a freshness that you cannot find anywhere else. The service was really patient and kind when we where ordering. The ice cream is delicious and the texture is nice and soft and it kinda feels like a smooth soft dough.”

“Man o man this place is fanominal!!! I know it's an upbeat place but the experience you get here is fantastic. The longest I've had to wait is like 10 min. I love the valet parking and everything. It's awesome. Places like this you should look nice and presentable however I've seen several times people coming in wearing gym clothes or attire that I don't think is suited for this establishment however they've never judged and still treated you as if you were a millionaire! The food has always been Michelin star rated and I've never been disappointed. I'm very greatful that they know it's your birthday or anniversary and give you a personal experience. They got my wife and I desert cause it was our anniversary which was super thoughful.”

“You have to try their stuffed French Toast. I am still dreaming about the lemon cream cheese filling. It only had a hint of lemon, but a whole lotta good everything else. The blueberry compote was delicious. It was super busy and I can see why. I can't wait to take my son who lived in Paris back to see what he thinks.”
