I stopped on a Sunday and while the food took a while to come out, it looked exactly like the pictures and tasted fresh.

One of the worst and nastiest food experiences I’ve had. Walked in for dinner on my way home. I waited 15 minutes for my food, mean while I can hear and see the manager screaming at her employees and them getting frustrated and arguing back the entire time echoing through the lobby. It was super awkward. After getting my food I headed home. I took one bite of my sandwich and I couldn’t even chew it, it was so old and the sides were hard as a rock. I looked underneath the bun to see what appeared to be a checked sandwhich that was discolored to the point it was almost gray.. the middle breading was seriously soggy, it looked like it had been underneath a heat lamp for more that 5 hours. I went back to tell them what had happened. When I got back the manager was still screaming and the only employee left because all the other people quit after I got my food because of the way she was acting. The manager eventually said she would help me make my new food and argue with me about the timeframe it was cooked like it mattered at all about that. It was visibly disgusting. She didn’t come to the counter to greet me and stood behind the food making line and just yelled across to the counter. The manger has pink hair and a serious attitude you cannot miss her. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD NEVER EAT HERE!

I was very disappointed in this store as it is close to my work and I thought it would be a quick fit for a bite. The entire floor was filthy (and extremely sticky), there were crumbs and food all over the chairs, tables, and a significant number of dead bugs and flies on the window ledges along the restaurant walls. Additionally, they were out of a number of soda flavors in their machine, including Dr. Pepper and Coke Zero. To be clear, the employees were incredibly nice and professional, but the restaurant cleanliness made me to uncomfortable to even eat there.

This has got the be the worst BK in the state. They’re always out of something. Order is always wrong. And cold! And they make you pull around to front and wait for your cold food. Even when no one’s in line! Today i waited 15 min for the wrong order. Get it together

We used to love to stop here as I felt it was one of the last of the GOOD Burger Kings . Fries were old chicken sandwiches tasted like it acquired other flavors from the freezer . It's very disappointing I see the decline in this food chain . Or is it a decline in integrity ?

Service here is improving but still is lackluster. We frequent here and have two main concerns:1) drive thru: with nobody in line behind you… without fail they make you pull around the building and wait. Even when we ask, “can we wait here since there is no one behind us?” “No, we are not allowed to let anyone wait at the window.” With so many drive thru options - this is a hassle for the customer. Every time!2) the inside needs to be redone. It feels old and dirty.On a positive note the food is generally fresh and good but overall improvements need to be made to bring this restaurant into the future with the likes of everything near station Park.

My son likes Burger King and this is nearest our house, but in the future we’ll probably drive a little further. This location is terrible. It’s always slow, dirty, and there’s always something wrong with the order or drink machine or whatever. It’s just burger so whatever, but just FYI…it’s a dump.

Cashier never gave me back my credit card at the drive-thru window. I noticed the next day and retrieved it. Over $700 of fraudulent charges showed up on my card after being in their possession. Reported this to the manager, but she blew me off then lied about trying to call me back about it. Do business here at your own risk!

This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to in my life and I live in Farmington which is a little bit more of a middle class to upper scale community and this place has us waiting for 20 mins with no line. You people should be ashamed of yourself this is so terrible, lol, I will recommend to everyone not go to your locationFire the manager
