I never write reviews but this was INTENSE. It was obvious there was some kind of upper management there. Everyone seemed visibly stressed, The lady who took our order Cherry was the most intense and had no enthusiasm. It felt like an inconvenience to even have my order taken. I’ve never had a customer service experience like that so whatever they tried new today isn’t working.

No rolls given, even when I asked for them, browning avocados, and literally only two tiny cubes of chicken in my entire CHICKEN Caesar salad. Not to mention the cold soup, the smallest, underripe strawberries I've ever seen, and employees who are more interested in chatting with friends who come into the store than serving customers. Avoid at all costs.

When we walked in they took about 5 minutes to greet us, a kid said abruptly, sat or go, took or order, never said another word, it took another 5 minutes to be asked by the cashier what we ordered, some of the food we ordered was missing, they literally threw the food on the tray, took the payment and that was it, no “thank you “ nothing, when we got to out table half the order was wrong. The entire seating area was filthy dirty, garbage all over the floor, dirty tables, the drink are was worse, spilled drink all over, the non soda drinks were all empty, and so muck garbage stacked around the trash can you had a hard time finding where to return the tray. Then when we walked out, they were all standing around, again, no one said, thanks for coming in, nothing. The entire experience was disgusting and dirty.

Took over 45 minutes to receive my food. The online orders were neglected while the customers in line got their food instantly. Manager said their was nothing they could do about it.

Moldy strawberries, spilled food all over bag, soggy vegetables and old slimy lettuce… it’s about time I wrote a review. I’ve give this location quite a few chances since it’s right by me… but food is not the quality it should be…

Normally this location has been good. Today was beyond disappointing.
I bit on a piece of hard plastic in my sandwich, half of my wife's sandwich had no meat in it, meat was dry, for my soup they gave me the last chunky scraps of the mushroom bisque (at 7:00 pm), and they were running out of so many ingredients. Staff were overworked and so busy, we were standing around waiting for a while, lots of people were waiting. Seems like a management issue with everything running out. Very unimpressed.

Terrible service! We ordered and 6:50 and did not get our food until 7:45. Tried to save time ordering in the app. It said the order would be ready at 7:07 but waited along with 12 other online orders while one person filled them. I still didn’t get a complete order but too angry to go back and wait another 45 minutes. It appeared that no manager was on staff as there were two people standing around while the to go order placer worked their tail off.

Order was 40 minutes late. The staff was SO rude!! They were out of noodles and wouldn't make more. Restaurant was filthy.
No clean tables. Empty but dirty
The angry employees vibe was evident everywhere!

Ordered for pick up over the phone, 30 minutes before heading over. Ended up standing in line for another 30 minutes to get my food. I get that it gets busy but at least text me saying there’s a delay or something. I could’ve just hung out longer before heading over to the store. Instead of standing around in the lobby with a bunch of other people waiting for their order. Standing in line with other customers waiting complaining to workers asking to speak with a manager is not fun.

Again, I understand that it gets busy. Just fix your system to text me that there’s a delay or something. It said my food was ready, the worst part is I already paid over the phone so I can’t just leave to go get food elsewhere.

Honestly I was so disappointed in this location. Food was as expected but the place was so dirty. Dirty tables you name it. 8 people working the front and no one else in the restaurant. The kids working were being loud and talking back and forth as im trying to order. Disappointing to see

Lady Food. Straight up lady food-- never again for me. If you're on a diet and want a really expensive salad and a drink without enough sweetener this place is for you. If you're a fat kid like me, go somewhere you'll like, I'd choose a Maverick hot dog any day over this. **My freaking wife likes it, surprise! 🤑 💰 🤑 💰
