I've gone to this location quite a bit, but it's gone downhill over the past few months, and I think I've hit my breaking point.

I always get the spicy chicken deluxe with added bacon. Both the chicken and bacon have been lower quality as of late. It also seems like they changed the spice? It tasted different and was way too hot (and I like spice!). There was a really gross tasting part of my chicken, so I tried the other side, but the spice just tasted wrong. My husband said his chicken tasted off, too, and agreed on the spice thing. I could only stomach a few bites, and he couldn't finish his sandwich either. Plus, the fries were lukewarm and not fresh.

The only reason I gave this 2 stars is because our 7-year old ate (and enjoyed) all of his kids meal.

Just sat there in spot #2 for my curbside pick up order. Fifteen minutes later still no food. Walked in to find my order just sat on the counter for walk in pick up. Thanks, I just love cold fries! Will not return this location has gone down hill FAST.

They want kids to suffer and not eat they would not serve to me and my boyfriend go in or through the drive through and we where not band or anything they just refused to serve us

Always botching orders. Forgot our drink, sauce, and utensils…unfortunately, these incidents have happened multiple times at this location in particular. Will not be returning after wasting our money here one too many times.

Chicken fil A not only has fantastic food, but it's one of the most efficiently run fast food places I've been to. And the employees are always so friendly!

I ordered my food and got the little marker to show that im a “for here” order, i waited 20 minutes, ive seen people come in after me and got their food no worries. I went up and asked about my order and she said she would keep an eye out. Seen more people come in, get their order, and leave. 20 mins later i went up to talk to a different employee. She looked better and said they put it on the “to go” kart. 40 mins later and my sandwich was soggy, thanks.

Tonight my mother and I went through the drive through at this location and the drive through girl asked my name, which I gave them and then ordered 2 chicken nugget meals and 2 vanilla shakes. Went to pay and they asked me who the order was for and I gave them my name. The guy gave me one little bag and said to have a nice evening. I said, I don’t think so… I had 2 shakes with it. And he said oops sorry. And I then said that I also paid for another nugget meal. He said sorry again and gave me another bag with said nugget meal in it and even told me that it was another nugget meal. We got back home and went to eat our meals and both meals were spicy jalapeño chicken sandwiches. We ended up throwing them away. So now we are sad and hungry.

22 dollars for two medium meals is a little high for what you get

10-26-24 Stopped at Farmington station about 6pm. Ordered 3 cookies & cream milkshakes and a chicken sandwich. Requested our milkshakes not be made until we got to window. Received 3 melted vanilla shakes and sandwich was barely warm. Super slow service and not able to reach anyone at the store by phone. Very disappointing!

This is the worst chick-fil-a I’ve visited.
1. Dirty
2. Poorly ran and managed
3. Order is missing an item nearly every time
4. Watched an employee liter in the parking lot

Edit: After waiting for our order for over 45 mins, we decided to ask to speak to the manager. We were told the manager was too busy to speak with us. We called corporate and were able to speak to a representative in less than 5 mins. I think it’s truly telling that it’s a lot easier to speak to corporate than it was the manager who was standing less than 20 ft away from me. We ended up driving to the Centerville location and had a much better experience.

The drive through was just unpleasant this morning could barely order my food without being interrupted, at the window my interactions were about the same not even a “my pleasure”. Food was mediocre

I've been to this Chick-fil-A many times because of its convenient location, but of all the Chick-fil-A's I've visited, this one is by far the worst... not in terms of food.. the food is great, but in terms of service... not as great. Almost every time I order, they give me something completely different than what I asked for. This isn't a one-time thing; it happens consistently. I hardly ever get the correct order.

On top of that, the service is incredibly slow. This is easily the slowest Chick-fil-A I've been to, and it's consistently like that. It’s not a matter of having an off day. Every time I visit, the service is sluggish. They also don’t have team members outside taking orders like at most other locations. Instead, you have to order the through the speaker, which would be fine if it worked efficiently. I recently found myself awkwardly waiting at the speaker with no response, nearly driving off before finally hearing someone greet me.

And again, that's not a huge deal. It’s just one of the inconveniences that I would normally never even think about. But the service is so incredibly slow that, as I’m leaving this review, I feel like I should mention everything that adds up and makes this location less convenient than other Chick-fil-A’s. I don’t know who owns or manages this Chick-fil-A, but it would be great to see some changes to make it more efficient and improve the overall experience. Every other Chick-fil-A I’ve been to has been excellent, but this one just doesn’t compare.

This chick fil a sucks!! Normally I love chick fil a but this location makes me never want it again. Walked in for dinner and got our food to go. Took over 30mins for my friends food after asking several different employees what was going on and no one got back to us. Employees were giggling and messing around even though they were packed and many people were complaining and getting orders wrong. This location was filthy. Our food was cold and gross. They never gave me my ice cream cup after asking 2 times I gave up. At the end they just said “sorry about that” for taking 30 mins with my friends food. Are you really??! Never coming again.
