I ordered a large fry, but what I got was a medium fry inside a large container. If I wanted a medium fry, I would have ordered a medium. Terrible service when you don’t get what you paid for

We had a really disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A today, and it was mainly because of how my young son was treated.

My little boy went over to fill up his drink for a refill. The employee filled it to the brim (which is totally fine), but it was so full that it needed to be handed carefully. Instead, the employee passed it to my son very quickly and let go before my son fully had control of it. The cup immediately spilled, and the drink went everywhere.

My son felt embarrassed and instantly apologized because he thought it was his fault. But instead of responding with any patience or kindness, the employee rolled his eyes at him (looked like a teenage high-schooler). He refilled the drink, but his attitude was clearly annoyed, and he handed it back to my son in a rushed, aggressive way—as if my child had inconvenienced him for an honest accident.

My son came back to me with tears in his eyes, trying hard not to cry, because he felt so embarrassed and hurt by how rude the employee was to him.

I spoke to an employee named Eddy, and Eddy was genuinely kind. He listened, apologized for what happened, and immediately wanted to help make it right. Eddy then went and got the manager, Cole.

I calmly explained the entire situation to the manager, thinking he would at least acknowledge how upsetting it was for a child to be treated that way. Unfortunately, the manager didn’t apologize to my son or to us, didn’t show any concern, and didn’t mention anything about addressing it with the employee or making sure it wouldn’t happen again. He seemed bothered the entire time, and when I finished explaining everything, he simply said “Okay,” and walked away.

It honestly felt like a complete lack of leadership and customer service. Maybe he’s new to managing, but the response was incredibly dismissive—especially after a kid was brought to tears over an accident.

Eddy, on the other hand, was the epitome of what Chick-fil-A is supposed to be: patient, respectful, and truly “my pleasure” in the way he handled it. I just wish the rest of the experience had matched that standard.

Manager Cole wasn’t rude verbally (mainly because he literally said one word about it -okay) but didn’t seem to care that one of his employees made my son cry with his eye roll and aggressive manner of handing the drink to him again.

Came in around 9pm before they closed and went to the drive thru. Before the employee at the drive thru could take my order a teenager came up behind him and asked if he could order an ice cream through the drive thru because the lobby was closed. The employee taking my order said he's gonna add the ice cone to my order but I didn't have to pay for it because it's free. And if I could hand him the kid's ice cream when I leave the drive thru. Took him around 5 minutes to actually let me place my own order after I asked if I can finally order. I didn't feel comfortable adding some strangers order to mine but the employee put me in an awkward position. When I got up to the drive thru window I told another employee what happened and told them I wasn't comfortable giving the ice cream out to some stranger and if they could do it for me. The employee at the window was apologetic and didn't understand why the person taking my order let a complete stranger put in their order with mine. It wasn't a great experience and it was just overall a weird and awkward situation.

Whoever it was that made a deluxe sandwich for my DoorDash order on 12/18/25 at like 11am I just gotta say wow, you are amazing. Literally the best sandwich I have ever eaten in my life. I honestly don’t even know how to describe it the pickles were perfectly placed right in the middle/bottom so as I was getting fuller it was just so juicy and delicious I couldn’t stop devouring it. Not too much lettuce, huge slab of chicken, tomatoes were fresh and just melted into the cheese/bun. Whoever you are I know you did this like an art form and I am so grateful you’re amazing and thank you for taking the time to make such a beautiful delicious sandwich. As far as the store as a whole every time I do DoorDash with this location it never disappoints. Always packaged nicely and somehow my fries are still always hot. I will never stop spending my money here. Thank you Chik Fil A gods for real lol y’all slay

My food here always is a lil over done. I came months ago same thing. So stores here today thinking it's breakfast can't mess this up, welp it can be. Biscuits were over baked. Ugh never want to come here ever again. I don't know what it is with this particular location.If it's always overcooked, because it's got high volume of people they have to serve or if the cook is fallen asleep. I definitely think about going to centerville.Before here, ever again, or even going as far as layton,utah.

12.2.25 On my way home decided to stop to get food for my teenager. Ordered 12 piece nuggets with a shake. No lines. Got ordered in 15 seconds. Fast friendly. No problems!

Sat in the drive-thru at the speaker and waited 10 minutes trying to talk to somebody. Nobody responded. I see multiple cars go through in the other lane. I had a mobile order and thought that it would be really easy, definitely not the case. I decided to just pull ahead and tell them that I had a mobile order. As I sat in the drive-thru for another 10 minutes I decided to just cancel my order so when it was my time to go to the window I just drove past. I was visiting Utah and this has got to be the worst Chick-fil-A experience that I have ever had. I feel sorry for the people that live around here, good luck.
