Commercial cookies do nothing for me as they taste like chemicals not food. I go there for my kids. The smell of the store is like harbor freight but for the food world. My son asked for these for his birthday and was happy!

I've been eating chip cookies for years and they have always been some of the BEST cookies ever (especially the biscoff ones!)! I love that there is even the option to create your own cookie, which makes it different from all the other cookie shops! The workers were also nice and very helpful(:

Chocolate Chip cookie #1 was excellent. Sugar cookie was terrible. It was like the mix didn’t get mixed, the dough seemed like it was a crystalized chunk of sugar with a touch of salt and some frosting on top. When we tried to cut it, it just fell apart and revealed a huge cave inside. It was hard, not tasty, and just bad. I took it back and the employees treated me terribly. They eventually offered me another cookie, but I didn’t trust another sugar cookie. I got another chocolate chip cookie. Chocolate chip cookie #2 was good, but not great, it was a little underbaked, and lacked enough chocolate chips. Definitely not as good as chocolate chip Cookie #1. So, I believe Chip needs better service, and better QC. Thanks.
