Just wanted a chicken burrito. The guy scrapes the very bottom of the tray, giving me only a few pieces. I was about to tell him that was unacceptable when I noticed that one of the few pieces of chicken was covered in blood. UNDERCOOKED. I told him, he stared at it and paused. I said you know what man, I'm good. And left. This is absolutely unacceptable and actually scary. Make sure you guys are fully cooking the chicken. This ruins the brand for me. I'm out. No more business or transactions from me. I'm baffled.

While me and my daughter sat and ate dinner the foul mouthed employees loudly discussed how much they hate working here…
This is the second time we placed a pick up order for the pick up lane and ended up waiting 30 mins or more for our order. Placed at 2:15 for pick up at 2:30 it’s 3:09 and we just got our food. It’s wrong and cold. I paid extra for sides and sauces not in the bag. There’s no point in placing a pick up to save time if I could just walk in line and get our stuff faster and correct. Don’t waste your time.

Most overpriced tendon filled burrito. 18$ for a burrito and a small drink is just greedy and I got about a quarter through the burrito before I was just grossed out by the room temp chewy meat.

We went the night before Thanksgiving. The place was packed and the workers were doing a great job!

Sour cream leaked out of my burrito all over my bag and car. They forgot to give me the chips and salsa I ordered, and the floor was sticky when I picked up my order.

This location is the newest in the area, so I haven't been here many times, but I've mostly had a positive experience. Service has been good, and orders accurate.
I have one gripe, though. Who designed this place? It's a brand new development, but the layout of the parking lot and Chipotlane drive through is incredibly awkward. Last time I was here, I had to give someone in the parking lot directions to get into the restaurant...

I eat at chipotle way too often and always tip. This one used to be really good. Now, mobile orders are always messed up and the food they do get right is skimped like it comes out of their paycheck

Giving 2 stars because this was the first time that I’ve had an issue here, but today was pretty atrocious.
The employee (I believe his name was Guy) that made our food was so obviously not sober, it was almost comical. We waited quite a while for him to take our order. When he finally did, I asked for tacos. He then looked around a little confused, disappeared into the back for a few minutes (presumably to hit his dab pen again), and finally re-emerged with a bag of tortillas. He set them down, and then spent about two minutes fidgeting with a sheet of tin foil that he couldn’t quite figure out how to tear.
When he finally got around to making my tacos, he was somehow both extremely meticulous and also incredibly sloppy. He nitpicked the placement of random pieces of meat, but also just haphazardly plopped other ingredients onto the pile. When I asked for salsa, he proceeded to put enough salsa on every single taco to go with an entire burrito, plus probably a small side of chips.
When it was time to wrap the tacos up, he mushed them together, tried to roll them like a burrito, spread them back out, wrapped them somewhat properly in the foil, realized he didn’t have enough, grabbed another sheet, tried to roll them like a burrito again, wrapped them with the new sheet, left a giant gap in the top of the wrapping so that the sauce could leak out everywhere, and then put it upside down into bag.
The whole process of making a simple order of tacos and a kids quesadilla took so long, that there were several people in line behind us who up and left. By the time I had them reassembled into an edible form, the tortillas were so soggy with salsa that they were extremely difficult to eat.

I ordered online for pickup, and I got chips and salsa but they were out of chips. I still paid for it? I should get my money back

This Chipotle needs help. My order is consistently missing what I ordered and the food is subpar from what it used to be

Favorite chipotle. Staff is nice and they gave me a free poppi. They also loaded my bowl up
Come on guys - how hard is it to follow an order? I order a burrito. Get a bowl. Annoying. This happens all the time on your to-go orders. To the manager - if you actually care about this location, respond to your bad reviews. This was a one-star review. IF you would have just acknowledged the problem and responded, I would have just deleted it entirely.

Rice was not cooked all the way. “Dad my rice is hard”. My daughter’s cheese tortilla came without any CHEESE. It was just a tortilla. My bowl also had crunchy rice and peppers/onions we’re not cooked all the way. It’s happened a couple times at this location now so we won’t be going back.

They are very generous with the portions. Guac is free with the vegetarian meal. They have the best chips too!
