Rice was not cooked all the way. “Dad my rice is hard”. My daughter’s cheese tortilla came without any CHEESE. It was just a tortilla. My bowl also had crunchy rice and peppers/onions we’re not cooked all the way. It’s happened a couple times at this location now so we won’t be going back.

Wow, I had lost all hope in the local Chipotles till I came here! They are amazing. They were friendly and my dinner is actually a dinner size! This location is 20 minutes out of our way but will be the ONLY Chipotles we will visit. Thank you for making our favorite restaurant great again, we had lost all hope.

My family came to chipotle at 9:30 p.m.. It took us a little while to get our food. The guy serving us was good and nice. They were out of a lot of stuff like lettuce and corn salsa, pork, and guacamole and didn’t get more. By the time we sat down to eat it was pretty much closing time. We started eating and one of the employees came up to us and said that we had 10 minutes to eat and then we had to leave. She was very rude to use and wouldn’t even acknowledge us when we asked her questions. She was wiping the tables with napkins and we asked if she could clean a table for us. She just ignored us. She made us feel like we were intruding and frustrated with us when we apologized for coming in so late. This is terrible customer service especially when we are paying customers and have someone with a disability. Later we found out that the manager had asked her to ask us to leave. The manager should have been the one yo tell us not her. To make matters worse, the workers had their friends there and the friends were able to stay inside the building, but they kicked us out even though they were still cleaning. We ended up eating outside with mosquitoes biting us and no garbage can to throw away Our food I am so disappointed in this establishment. I will never come here again. I have worked in hospitality for a long time and this is not how you do business nor treat your customers.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the night crew on 07/12/25 - we came after a day at Lagoon and needed a quick bite to eat before hitting the road. The service was amazing and so accommodating - the food tasted great too. We tried to hurry since we knew they were closing soon, but they didn’t make us feel rushed at all. Thanks for the great meal!

When I entered this chipotle, I was immediately overcome with pure bliss. I uncontrollably began crying, I was experiencing so much pleasure. I was comforted by a beautiful woman, she gave me a salad, which was uncomprohensibly the most moist damp delicious thing my little pink toungue had ever made wet
