We regularly eat at a variety of Chipotle locations and our experience at this location was significantly better than average! The man who made our food was generous and so kind despite our language barriers.

Story of how employees gaslit me into paying triple for my burrito without a refund. I payed with my credit card, was told it didn't go through and asked me to pay again. I paid with my debit card and was surprised to see the price was double. I was then handed the receipt for the original purchase with my credit card. Upon arguing to get a refund for the debit card purchase, they claimed they couldn't do anything because I didn't have the receipt for it when they never gave it to me. After trying to call the store today nobody picked up the phone. Horrendous customer service.

Hey Farmington, if not going to put orders on the pickup shelf, don't offer it or put a closed sign there!

Assumed y'all were backed up so waited inside for order to appear. 10 min after promised time and still no order on shelf, I asked. Food sitting in drive-up area and now not hot. Do better!

Outside tables should be wiped down as often as inside.

Lowkey the people at chipotle are chill but like they don’t listen and they really struggle. Almost every time I’ve went there I have gotten a burrito they always get the meat wrong and they never wrap the burrito tightly so it falls apart….
It’s only good because it is close by but I would recommend going to the Centerville one

We did a chipotlane order with a kids meal and two entrees on the way home from being out of town. When we got home, we saw that my order was missing and they forgot the kid’s meal drink. Since we had no food at home, my husband went back. They challenged him suggesting we were wrong, then told him they’d make it “again” but were out of the meat and it would take a while. A car waited behind him for 5 minutes so my husband waved down an employee and asked if he could pull into a parking stall so they could help the person behind him. 20 minutes later, and there was still no food. It was getting late for our young kids and everything was still packed in the car so he had to leave and ultimately didn’t get my meal. I’m not sure why they made this such an uncomfortable situation. The food is good, but service matters and this was a really poor one. Doesn’t really make us want to go back to this location.

Rude manager, can’t wrap a burrito and blames me because he skimps on the rice beans and meat and I have to go out of my way to ask for more. I love food at chipotle, and usually the service but... do better. Shouldn’t make rude comments to customers.

Don’t order food to go unless you want only half of a portion. I ordered a steak bowl and it only came with 4 tiny bites of steak. And my husbands bowl was only half filled.
