I've visited this place a few times and it's always unbearably hot. Why don't they turn on the air conditioning? It's hard for me to enjoy my food at the table. I hope they can do something.

The food is good, the service is good too, but the lack of air conditioning makes it difficult to enjoy my meal with my family. This is the second time I've been there lately, and I really hope they fix it, otherwise we won't be going this summer.

Specifically ordered a smothered burrito with no rice and double beans. Got a burrito with rice and no beans. The cilantro rice makes me sick so basically paid for a meal I can't eat cause it was delivery. So messed up as my receipt shows that I ordered it correctly

Gave it another chance I asked for double meat and barely got enough that would cover a normal Baja bowl, And was charged for double meat. I ordered these all the time At other locations and they give me double I know what that looks like, This location needs some help!

Do we just hate air conditioning or is it just always broken? Food is great unless you go 1 hour before close... but yeah, this location is always ridiculously hot, you even watch the employees fanning themselves with takeout lids.

Very disappointing experience at Costa Vida. I ordered a steak burrito with extra steak, but the steak was completely burnt, making it tough and bitter. I asked the employee as she was making the burrito how long it had been since the steak was cooked because it looked old, and the employee said it had only been an hour. Also disappointed with the service as the employee seemed to have had a long day and was in no mood to answer any questions. All in all I paid $16 for a burrito with extra burnt steak and an off taste. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for, and I won’t be back anytime soon.

I drove from my town with another vida to this one in Farmington and I got here at 8:40. They had people ordering dining AND not only took my order but also still had the food available and made tortillas all with smiles and great customer service! I think the Kaysville store should get trained here. It’s definitely worth the extra 15 minute drive

Ok soooo I LOVE costa vida but this restaurant is different!!! They give you less toppings on your dishes and they treat you like any other customer =prompt interaction, rude, and disrespectful! The food tastes good SOMETIMES!!! Not always I expect deliciousness when I go to any restaurant so this one was just disappointing. 🤨😔😕

Ordered on the app. The tacos only had meat and no lettuce or pico de gallo. Something is always wrong with my app orders. I’ve learned I need to take all the meals out before I leave the store to make sure everything is there.

Food was good and the portions were nice too. But the service was truly so awful. We sat near the door and they had absolutely zero respect for us. They emptied the garbage next to us. They vacuumed the rug behind us. And they vacuumed the rug next to us. The employee bumped my chair with his vacuum SEVERAL times and didn't say a single word! We were shocked by how rude the employees were here, and we will not be eating here again.
