I always stop by this Fiiz location for a Zen water. It’s so good! My kids order sharks in the water and they love it. Fun drinks to order here before or after you are done shopping. There are other locations but this is our favorite. It can get super busy sometimes.

Run by teens with crappy attitudes. Tired to order a frozen drink 40min before close and they said they just cleaned the machine. Unfortunately, I waited in line 10 min just to find this out. One girl doing orders while the second boy staff member was stocking cups in the back shelves. Meantime there’s a huge line and it’s clear these two kids just want to shut it down for the night. Owners should be ashamed they allow their shop to be ran this way. Don’t go to this shop. Go somewhere else.

We were standing waiting to order two drinks at exactly 10 minutes prior to close time on June 15th at 5:50pm. There were two teenage boys just standing in the back (one clearly on their phone) that ignored us until one of them said pretty rudely “we aren’t taking anymore orders.” There was at least one other family behind us as well. Really sad and unfortunate that this is how businesses/franchises seem to be allowed to be ran now and that owners are tolerant of employees treating their long term customers like this. Especially at a location as busy as station park. I’m sure this happens a lot and they loose a lot of business. Used to love Fiiz.

With my visit today 5/10 around 415 pm, there were three workers who’s attitude reflected not wanting to be there and had other things to do, whenever we had question the cashier didn’t bother to look at us, or when the drinks were done no one called out the order, drinks were just sitting at the counter. Didn’t like the visit whatsoever, normally there are nice teens there, this time is was teens that made it seem we inconvenienced their lives.

I walked in today to get myself my usual drink, and luckily they weren’t busy, I was the only customer in there at the time and when I went up to order I asked for a 24 oz mega monster, the girl working the register had me pay and she told her coworker my order, they were talking amongst themselves and not even two minutes later, they call out 24 oz mega monster and I went up to grab my drink and didn’t think twice about checking if the drink was right as there were no customers. I didn’t have time to check on the way out as I was in a rush to get where I needed to be, when I tasted my drink it was not what I ordered, I looked at the sticker on my cup and it turned out that I got a completely different drink. Usually there are no issues with this location, but lately the workers have been distracted with talking with each other instead of focusing on their work.

Be careful, blonde hair girl licked her fingers while creating drinks. She was shocked when i called her out on it. Her face turned red. Menu doesn't match what they tell you is available. I wanted Frozen hot chocolate and pretzel bites. Not available, machine is broken and they told me to go elsewhere for the pretzel bites. Will never come back to this one.

I’ve been to this Fiiz multiple times and have never had an issue until today. I was appalled at everything I saw. The boy taking my order, Crew I’m assuming since everyone called him that was the biggest issue. He was throwing things at his coworker and calling her horrible names and doing absolutely nothing to help her. He instead was joking around with 2 other boys (customers) who I’m assuming were his friends. I waited for 15 minutes to even ORDER my drink because he was to busy messing around. Then waited another 15 minutes for my drink to be made when it was not even busy. Unless this issue is resolved I will never visit again. I’m honestly so disappointed and disgusted.

These kids in this store are so incredible! They’re always so kind and thoughtful with everyone there and with everyone in the store!

the food was great and it was done within 2 minutes! i noticed one of the workers their i think his name was krew but he had to have been the nicest and most outgoing employee i had ever met at a fizz.

Tried to go in. Was told they were closed at 5:45 when their hours say 6.

We ordered 4 drinks and only one was correct. I needed to ask them to add cream to a razzbear(which ended up not having raspberry either, I mean no raspberry in a razzbear). My wife asked to have a Miami ice remade. This isn't the first time we've had a bad experience here. It's been many but it will be the last. The feeling I always get at this location is that there is little training and no supervision going on here.
