Had Ever as our waitress today. Very bubbly, lovely smile and personality. Very tentative. I maybe from Texas, but anytime I’m back in Waterford to visit family, I would definitely come back here to eat. Service was amazing.

Kept seeing them on facebook so we finally went for a date night out. Can’t recommend them enough! Everything was delicious from appetizers to drinks to the meal… all amazing!

Absolutely perfect. Presentation was the key. Everything was perfect displayed. Food, drinks, ect. ALL staff was very attentive,polite, inviting,and knowledgeable. This is a gem. Would say this is a must place to try before you die.

We had a terrible experience at this restaurant last Monday night. We ordered our food everything was fine…. And then our food came to the table and the waitress asked if we needed anything, my boyfriend said yes just mustard and extra ketchup. Nothing too crazy… And then the whole dining experience went down hill. The waitress never came back with the mustard or ketchup, never asked us how our food was, never put in our carry out order and did not give us any drink refills. We would have totally understood if she was really busy with other tables but that wasn’t the case. There were plenty of waitresses and she attended the table next to us several times without ever looking over our way. When We finally got her attention she didn’t even apologize. So unfortunately, we will not be back. I’m just wondering??? Is there an adult Manager present there? And Who is over seeing the dining experience? We came in to have a nice dinner and left disappointed. Sorry Square One Eats you lost a Customer.
