I really like this place usually and they make really good snow cones but this time we waited forever to get our snow cones. We didn’t have a huge order but the people who ordered after us got theirs before we did. They need to get better at separating their orders and making them in order of who was in line first.

I’m not accusing the girls working at this shop (in Farmington by Burt Brother’s Auto Repair) but I’d like to talk about my credit card being fraudulently used after I used it at this place on 8/19/2023 afternoon. I seldom use this credit card (probably 2 to 3 times a month) but on 8/19 after used it to pay for a shaved ice (my first time visit here), about 2.5 hours later, I received a possible fraud notice from the bank. My credit card was fraudulently used twice to pay over $600 for Knott’s Berry Farm ONL in California!!! However, the bank declined the thief’s attempted 3rd charge of over $100 at Wingstop 724 OLO in LA, California! I closed this credit card account right away after receiving the notice from the bank. Even though the bank will not charge me for these fraudulent charges but it is still very unsettling and upsetting that someone stole my credit card info. Anyway, just beware of your credit card charges after you use it at this place.

Big cones! I think the kid size is the best for 1 person. 2 people can share any of the others and 3 could share the biggest size. Been here a few times with my wifey
I'm not sure if the flavors are over diluted or just not enough added but not what if expected.

Great vibe for the summer. Recommend getting the snowcap (sweet and condensed milk poured on top) and the macadamia nut ice cream. So good!!
