Houston TX Hot Chicken

Bland yet over-seasoned chicken (a magic trick no one asked for), cold fries with a weird sweet aftertaste, and a watery “waffle shake” that tasted like regret. Expensive considering I threw it out after two bites. This place should come with a warning label.

Well... I wanted to see for myself what the hype was all about. Not impressed. Sloppy sandwich looked nothing like the pictures. Way to much sauce it literally got everywhere and not in the good way. When did fries get sprinkled with sugar?! Gross. 14 bucks for a chicken sandwich in a box. It's gonna be a hard pass in the future. Two thumbs down. Presentation was sloppy and rushed. If you're gonna claim to be the best act like it no matter how new your store is. Training training training.

Absolutely love this place. The chicken, the lemonades, and the WAFFLE’s are so good!!! Great atmosphere and customer service! We will definitely be back many times!

The service was amazing I walked in and instantly a lot of employees said welcome and were super fast at getting my food I went to get a drink and my food was already at my table when I was done The fries were almost amazing definitely my favorite ones out of the chicken finger restaurants. The atmosphere is also sick there is sick paintings of cars and the counter to get ur food literally changes color

I had the worst sandwich in HTHC. The skin was like a sock and just came right off, dry and over cooked chicken, I was honestly in shock from having literally every single sandwich from the 9th south location that I thought I would get that same great sandwich here, but hell no!

Food was good, experience was good, but what made it a great experience was one of the servers. I had a hard time hearing cause it was loud but I believe she said her name was Vena. She had purple hair. She made my whole day. Im sorry if I got her name wrong.

Too Loud, bland extremely plain, if you don't like pickles/slaw on your chicken sandwich. 2 people 36.00 with 2 sandwiches and slaw/ fries & water. Basic spicy chicken with no slaw or pickles you get a bun.. gross! second was mild with cheese, slaw on side couldn't pick up, the some what nacho cheese was everywhere and the bun was mushy. Slaw was ok, ordered slaw but bowl not even 1/2 full! Not impressed at all. Will no return if you paid me. Still hungry.

Austin was super helpful in suggesting what to order! He was fast and efficient! Also this gal(has amazing purple hair) I am having a hard time remembering her name was amazing as well! Super friends staff!
Food was not only had my mouth in a few omg moments! Was this crispy fries in fried perfection! Juicy soft chicken in all varietys. House sauce was slamming as well as the ranch and buffalo sauce for dipping sauces.
The waffle was crisp and light with a hint of vanilla and had me feeling like a crepe almost but with substance of a waffle so for me best of both worlds!
Lavender blueberry lemonade was perfectly blended and evenly flavored throughout the whole drink! Thanks for a stupendous meal!!!

For 90 bucks this is not worth it. I think it’s sad that they show you a picture and it comes out nothing to what it was. I have it a shot. Let’s see if they bounce back.

Unclean kitchen, staff have dirty nails, smaller portions, too expensive for low quality food.
