I’ve been a fan of Jersey Mikes for a long time occasionally getting the sandwiches when going on a hike or for a picnic with my family. Today I came in with my son purely by craving and was helped generously by the staff. The manager Liz recommended I try the number 13 which was a fantastic choice as well as some delicious jalapeño flavored chips. I highly recommend this location and recommend you try an Italian sub!

Great location! Sandwich was made perfect. However, the men working the shop were so rude to eachother. Not to the customers, but just taking shots at each other. It made me feel uncomfortable to watch. There was one employee in specific who was throwing mini temper tantrum’s at all of his other coworkers and you could tell the environment was just very negative:(.

Manager Kinley was very nice and refunded my order. But this sandwich was an abomination. All the meat and cheese fell out of a poor excuse for a slice of bread

Hope the manager sees this. Your employees told me at 8:30 that they were out of bread for 30 minutes until the store is closed essentially. Not hard to put 2 and 2 together that they just didn’t want to clean up again after making a sandwich. Had just worked a 13 hour day and was starving.

I came in at 2:00 with an empty line and yet still they got my order wrong, I asked for mikes way on a Cali club with banana peppers and jalapeños, the guy working on my order put the peppers on my wife’s sandwich and the jalapeños on mine, which I asked to be corrected; and then proceeded to miss the mikes way on her sandwich. After the attitude I got from here I didn’t want to bother with correcting it again. Rest assuredly me and my wife like the Mike’s brand, but I believe this time will have sold us on just taking the extra 7 minute drive to go to the Layton location. This is the third time I’ve had orders wrong from this location and I understand food service, and being patient for everyone’s human; but why put up with it if I can go to another Mike’s and have the order be correct?

Even though they are open til 9:00 they run out of bread and want to charge you extra to make a regular with mini bread even though they are the ones out of bread. Pretty obvious they want to be done for the night even though they aren't closed yet. Won't be back.
