Friend showed up to get a table for our 7 top, but was ignored and bypassed for 3 more families. Then was told that the wait would be 45 min, after she had already been waiting before the other people walked in AFTER her and was sat. We understand Saturdays are very busy, we’re in the service industry, too. However, ignoring someone and seating others first is not ok. We ended up having to go somewhere else.

We go here once in a while because the service is outstanding. Wade the waiter makes lunch with family so fun! He wasn’t even our waiter today but we got to interact with him a bit and he just brightens your day!!! I hope management sees this and gives him the shifts he wants cuz he deserves it!!! You can tell he enjoys his job! Thanks Wade for being a bright light in this often dim world, We appreciate you!!!

We were seated in a reasonable amount if time. The place was pretty busy so they did a good job getting us seated. Service was ok. The waitress was seemingly overwhelmed so a few things were missed but she was definitely trying. The food ok. My double bacon cheddar was more greasy than I expected so the bun fell apart after a few bites. The chili cheese fries were good I enjoyed them. It was crowded and the entrance is right in the dining room so the cold air fills the dining area. I guess a little more heat would help. Over all it's a good place for a family with kids eating out.

Great service. Really cool scenery and atmosphere. The original hamburgers pretty decent. Little too much bun to eat ratio. In the winter times try to get seated as far away from the main doors as possible because it's cold with the coldest draft.

We were quite surprised to get such awesome burgers. The service was excellent. The idea of the old time Diner themed restaurant is usually cool but this place needs a little work. They just slung Pepsi stuff all over the top of the Coke stuff instead of taking it down and replacing it.
I wish I could remember our waiters name. We came in on a Sunday and he was working. He was the most delightful guy!! He really made the experience 100× better. My son even wanted to take his ketchup plate but we told him probably not. So the guy drew him one on the plate in pen. He was so excited. Such a wonderful experience!

Just had a fantastic experience at Johnny Rockets! My chili cheese totes were super delicious, but what really made my visit special was the incredible service. Our waiter, Wade, was super friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. He really connected with my group which made for some fun conversations. I hope this review helps him get the recognition he deserves, Wade is a real asset to the team!
