Honestly. Johnny rockets has always been a favorite but I am completely disappointed when we went tonight. The service was not great. We waited for about 15 minutes before we were greeted by a waiter and then it took another 15 minutes until we got our drinks.
The only reason I would give a star is because food did come out fairly quickly. And it was good. So I’ll give props to the cooks only.

Whoever worked on Nov. 6 at 5:30 onwards really needs to rethink the services they offer. We ordered for pick up and mind you they were not busy AT ALL and we had to come back 3 times. THREE TIMES to get all our orders.
They forgot drinks They forgot sauces And the food toppings like?!!! Seriously
When I went they acted like oh okay. No apology for the inconvenience no nothing AT ALL.
FOOD GOT COLD. MILKSHAKE WERE MELTED. SO MUCH FOR EXPECTATION.
I GUESS MY POINT IS DO NOT ORDER UNLESS ITS DINE IN CAUSE THEY SUCK WITH PICK UP ORDERS

Great retro dinner experience with quality food. Best onion rings I've ever had. No other place compares. Seriously, just their onion rings alone get me in the door.
very good food! only problem is that the waiter was not good at communicating. it took us 20 minutes to get our check even though there was only one other family in there that was eating. our waiter was kinda sassy and didn’t look like he was in the mood to make us food. other than the cons, we ate well!

The service starting with the greeter who seemed to possibly be the manager was not good at all. For such a fun atmosphere and restaurant it was very disappointing. It was not very clean either.

Wonderful food. Probably the BEST burgers we've had in a couple years. DEFINITELY recommend the bacon cheese tots. Those alone are worth your time to stop in. Service is very friendly, quick and efficient. ZERO COMPLAINTS!!!
Parking: Not a whole lot of options to park on the street, but there is a HUGE lot to the west of the outlet mall.
Kid-friendliness: Great atmosphere and menu for children.
