Said they closed at 2300, showed up at 2240 (ik dick move but omw to work and had a hankering for cheap pizza) and they were closed :(
Ewwwwww this place is outrageous like literally most places if the pizza gets cold you can warm it up in your microwave and it will be fine but this pizza is literally cardboard it’s always overcooked the wait is always so long and the people act like they hate you and their job not to mention the fact that I am constantly finding hairs in my food literally a terrible place go somewhere else trust me even gas station food is better than this 🤮

A couple months ago I had one of the most disappointing box openings of my recent adult life. So much so that I felt the need to alert the authorities through the proper channels to ensure my experience wouldn’t become somebody else’s truth.
It took me a little while to recover from the disappointment, but as sure as the world spins, life does go on. The sun began to shine a little brighter and the air lost its chill and I began to enjoy the small things once more.
Then one day out of the clear blue while I was getting swol at the gym, I received a phone call from a number I didn’t recognize. Assuming it was just another telemarketer I ignored the call, but much to my dismay the caller left a message.
And this message changed the course of my destiny. It was the owner of the Little Caesars above. He had acknowledged my concern for the well being of future customers and sympathized with my pain and suffering and was on a mission to make it right.
That acknowledgement was all I needed to feel heard and appreciated as a customer, but he went the extra mile and provided a replacement box packed with maximum satisfaction and excitement.
My life since 1 hour ago has forever changed for the better. Thank you for going above and beyond.
I would 100% recommend this place.
Go there and spend all your money and or food stamps.

We had a disappointing experience at this location. We were told the wait for a Hot-N-Ready pepperoni pizza would be about 7 minutes, but it ended up taking over 25 minutes. The service felt average at best, and the staff didn’t come across as friendly or welcoming. The front counter had an empty coffee cup and wadded-up trash just sitting there, which made the place feel unkempt.
When we ordered the Detroit-style squares, we weren’t offered the $2.50 add-on for sauce and a drink. Once we realized and asked about it, we were told we couldn’t get the deal anymore and would have to buy a 20 oz soda separately for $3.24, plus pay extra for the sauce. Very frustrating and disappointing. This location definitely needs improvement in both customer service and cleanliness.

This is by far THE WORST Little Caesars ive ever been to. I work in construction so I'm always going to different ones. This one is right next to my construction site and it's 1205 on a Monday and they have nothing not and.ready besides bread sticks, I've been here 5 times in the last 2 weeks and nothing changes. Nothing but bread sticks everything is a wait, then when they make something it's either burnt or they forget the seasoning on the Italian cheese bread. I can tell other customers are just as annoyed as me

Time of operation on the door says they open at 10:30 am, went inside and was told they don't open until 12:00 pm. Fix your stickers, and why was the door unlocked?
Scott was a real homie! If I could give him 10 stars I would! He definitely deserves it! Thank you so much for the pizza my guy!

Seriously the staff here is so subpar. I walk in, wait 8 ish minutes until someone comes up front, despite the door dings when you walk in. He had AirPods in so he couldn’t hear. Then I order 2 pepperoni and 1 cheese pizza. Easy right? Hot and ready. So he says he will let me know when they are ready. An older lady walks in and asks him what is hot and ready. He says 2 pepperoni and a cheese. The next guy in line, he tells the same thing. I finally ask him if MINe are ready. He goes in back and says they will be 6 more minutes. I swear, this isn’t clicking for him.

They took a pepperoni pizza that was already cooked threw some jalapeños on boxed it and sold it. I kind of wanted the jalapenos cooked into the pizza and not freaking cold. Lazy lazy lazy lazy. Can't wait till I move to Kaysville and don't have to use your Little Caesars ever again.
