This McDonald’s have never heard of filling a fry all the way. No matter who’s working or what time of day it is your fry will be half to less than half full. They have people working in the front who can’t even understand English so you can’t speak to anyone about anything wrong with your order because they won’t understand what you’re trying to say.

The toilet seat in the handicap bathroom stall is loose. I slid sideways and pinched the inside of my leg.I have mobility issues. Please fix the seat asap. The last time I was here around a month ago it was broken then. I didn't say anything because things take time. A month is long enough.

manager extremely rude and always argumentative.
The workers in the morning are beyond rude!! And the food is thrown together already falling apart. And I ordered a large drink and they gave me a small, when I said that's not a large she said that's what you ordered and shut the window!! Employee of the month right there

I used to love this McDonald's but recently it has been bad I have to check my food every time I come, and I'm on my lunch brake I don't get alot of time to just goof off idk what's going on but they need to pull it together I know the ins and outs of McDonald's I used to work for a great McDonald's for 15 years, makes me want to just jump back there and show how it's done the true McDonald's way.

I understand Sunday can mean short staff.
We arrived, took our kids to the play place and a large iced coffee was spilled at the entrance. Staff was informed. At the time of writing, in the 30 minutes here it's not been cleaned up.
Fries are cold, hamburger isn't warm.
One coke Freestyle machine is out of ice.
Staff seem care less about cleaning and standards. This McDonald's is a 3 star for a reason. Avoid if possible.
I will only stop if it's 3am and I need food.

Very poor, and basically non-existent service. No one at the counter late at night and they're calling out order numbers in a very quiet manner. Food sat on the counter and got cold because I was listening for my number and never heard it. Will not be returning to this location.

Terrible drive through experience. Didn't double check the order for me. Didn't show order on screen and they rushed me. They messed up my burger and put onions on it. I an allergic.
Went in to fix it and manager was very quiet and didn't take any initiative and didn't seem to care at all.
The lobby was pretty clean. Had someone cleaning.
The restroom was pretty gross honestly and the cleaning paper on the door didn't have anything on it. So maybe they don't clean them.
Do not recommend unless the entire management gets taught better or replaced.

Thank you to all the workers, a bunch of high schoolers from a dance came in and absolutely trashed the place, they left corns on the cob? (yeah I’m not sure why either) everywhere and all of their garbage on every single table as well. The drive thru was also packed and it was busy inside. I feel bad for the workers having to clean up after entitled teenagers and feel that they deserve some recognition. The food got out in an appropriate amount of time for the situation and the service was good. So thank you again! September 28th @10:20 pm
