I ordered an egg and cheese McGriddle with no meat I get home and there's only cheese the hash browns were floppy and not cooked according to McDonald's standards. 2 weeks prior I go to have lunch with my son and ate inside Spanish music is blasting all the employees are talking in Spanish no one is talking in English it felt strange for Farmington. I believe my food would have been made properly if the people in the back were able to speak and read English . The man who took my order in the Drive-Thru was English-speaking and understood what I wanted because when I went to the window I just explained that I wanted a McGriddle with just egg and cheese and no meat.

It sure would be nice to go to a 24 hour McDonald's and have it be open? Why is it an online order can be put in and paid for but not picked up. The night shift guy is good at evading people..... that crap is uncalled for you can do better McDonald's.

If you're reading this review, I'm assuming it's because you've never been to McDonalds before. It's the best steak house in Utah, and definitely deserves its Michelin star. The live concert in the lobby and robotic waiter really took this place to the next level.

the fries were super old you could tell they had been fried way too long ago to even attempt to eat. they were cold, hard, and disgusting. they didn't give me a straw for my drink. I was so hungry and my whole meal was unappetizing , it was disappointing for sure.

Employees at this location do not care about anything. News flash you don’t have to work here . If you’re unhappy then leave ! Do not take it out on customers do not mess with peoples food.
This location doesn’t have blue Powerade! it’s what makes McDonald’s great. I ordered blue Powerade and I’m shown to those crappy drink machines that hardly ever work. Million flavors and always empty. You select Powerade and get water.
The ketchup dispenser would be great .. if we had anything to pour the ketchup into !
And when you ask for ketchup they say use the dispenser. You want customers to pour it into their hands ? On the trays ? Like what are we doing here.

So many workers but was so disorganized. Waited 1 hr for my food to come out and then when I asked, the girl said she didnt see my order. Another guy in a grey shirt swatted her away as to keep her quiet about it. But still left me at the counter confused as no one helped. Had to literally yell to get someone attention to figure out my order. And then they did it wrong, even with the recipt at their hand... like what? how? I was so over it and took my bag and left. Will never come back! The gross incompetence of these workers is mind boggling. Worst customer service
I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches on the app at 10:00am. I arrived at the drive through at 10:22 am. I gave them my code and proceeded to wait in line for 10 minutes before I got up to the window. By the time I arrived at the window it was 10:33. They said my order had been refunded because I got here after breakfast time ended. I was there checked in before it should have ended! So I left with no food. Very disappointed. I will not be back.
