Curbside has become a joke at this location. I placed my order at 9:41 according to the order screen. I arrived 5 minutes later and put in the stall I was in. At 9:55 still no food. Keep in mind the drive thru was not that backed up. I go in and ask where it is. I said it has been about 15 minutes. The lady argues with me so I show the app. Finally got my good at 9:58. I took a screenshot to show the time. Such a joke.

Their fries are usually old and cold. Each time I've ordered a drink, I get something completely different. Today I asked for a fudge sundae and wasn't told until after I already paid they couldn't do it. So I asked if I could just get ice cream in a cup and he sighed, aggressively grabbed the ice cream cup, aggressively filled it with ice cream, and slammed a cone on top. Yes, slammed.

I went through the drive through and they didn’t repeat my order or tell me the price and were unhelpful overall. When I got to the window and asked them to repeat my order they got most of it wrong, but they were nice and didn’t seem to mind. I got out the drive though and opened my 4 piece nugget to see one singular cold nugget. My Big Mac was also very salty, would not recommend.

I went to the drive through at 10:15 and ordered 3 sausage mcmuffins off the menu and then when I got my food I realized it was the wrong order. I went back into the store and talked to somebody about it who went to go fix it but never came back. Then I talked to another person about my wrong order and they also disappeared (mind you, this is before the end of the breakfast cutoff) and I was still waiting. I waited for about 20 minutes and watched multiple people come in with messed up drive thru orders that they then fixed, and then I talked to a THIRD employee about it and she said that she couldn't fix my order because at this point the cutoff had passed and I tried to tell her that I had ordered my food AND talked to somebody before 10:30 had passed but she kept insisting that she couldnt replace it because it was no longer breakfast and was urging me to just order something else. I wound up being at the McDonald's for a total of 40 minutes and left without what I ordered

The lobby music is WAY too loud and I don't have sensitive ears. I asked if they could turn the music down and was too they couldn't do anything about it but they agrees it was too loud. Skip the lobby and go to the drive thru for this McDonald's

No root beer from the drive thru only for done in….. why??? Couldn’t do 1/4lb meal cause they’re cleaning the grill… y’all only got 1 grill ? Guess that means only fries and chicken or whatever else you can dump in the fryer… lame won’t be back

The guy who took our order couldn't understand English. So we didn't get what we ordered. When we got to the window we had to tell the manager, then they made my order. I would say unbelievable, but I actually do believe it. This is the new Utah, sadly.

Sometimes it is difficult to understand the workers over the intercoms, I ordered the #8 combo which is the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast bagel, but they gave me the steak egg and cheese bagel. I tried my best to tell them that I wanted the bacon but the guy behind the drive thru window froze as if he didn’t know or understand what I was saying. They handed me my bag anyways, I knew they gave me the wrong order, but it was not worth to change it. This location needs some help. I love this location cause it’s close to where I live, but communication with these employees needs improvement.
