It took 1hr. 45 minutes to get it. I ordered the New York pizza. It was the worst pizza I have ever had!

I ordered a pizza online, and the app said the pizza was ready. However, when I arrived at the store, nobody was there. The customer service over the phone was awful. They told me that the only thing they could do was transfer me to the store, where nobody was present. They instructed me to come back the next day to sort things out. What a joke Pizza Hut is.

Pizza were missing, took way long to be delivered and was given the runaround about the refund of the missing pizza and I still have not found out if they're going to refund me because they never called me back. Very disappointed

Made an order for delivery. An hour and a half later, still no pizza. I called and got an automated message that my order was on its way. No pizza still showed up. Called again, got a live person and they said it was a carry out order eventhough I was charged a delivery fee and a tip for the driver. The email confirmation clearly said it was delivery. Didn't even get an apology for the "mix up" which was clearly Pizza Hut's fault. Takes a lot of nerve to charge for such poor service and even worse product. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this location like the plague.

Ewe, what changed?! Not the Pizza Hut we have known and loved. The "Pan Crust" you now have to pay extra for is completely different and tastes awful! The toppings were lacking, over all price was crazy expensive when half of it ended up going in the garbage because no one wants it because it tastes so bad.

My family and I went to Pizza Hut in Farmington. They have tables to dine in and I ordered two pizzas and bread sticks. They brought it to my table with a smile... asking if there was anything else they can do for us. It was "The Best" pizza hut I've ever tried. Great pizza, great customer service. I would give this place 10 STARS ( if Google would let me).

I didn’t know Pizza Hut put a large amount of garlic and herb dusting on the Edge pizza. Nowhere in the description did it say that would be on it. It was terrible! I even have a picture of it. It was WAY too much. I called the store and they said they only do that on the edge pizzas but why didn’t the online description say it would be on there? It just said there would be sweet marinara, cheese and pepperoni. The store just said, “Yeah, it’s too much dusting and the edge pizzas are going away next week.” But didn’t offer to make another one for me or make it right in any way. We are so disappointed and won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again. They need to advertise what goes on the pizza. I had no idea that I would specifically need to ask to not put that on there since it’s not listed as an ingredient. Very terrible advertising and service. Usually their pizzas are great. But now I can’t trust the descriptions and won’t be ordering from there again.

Clean place, friendly staff, not busy. The pizza was ok. We ordered a medium pepperoni, regular crust, and the crust came out very flat like a thin crust.
This store is located not too far from Lagoon, a rather large amusement park in in Farmington. They had a rash of orders and were completely out of medium and large pan pizza dough. They had the sizes in hand tossed, but we opted to go elsewhere. As we were preparing to leave They discovered a medium pan pizza dough in the fridge. There were 5 of us, but we could make it work. Added garlic and cheese bread to the order along with 5 drinks. Went to fill our drinks and discovered a most of the fountain options were out. Finished our meal and headed for out hotel in Morgan for the night. Staff was apologetic, but this store needs a system in place to move inventory between stores on a night like this. A driver could have managed the transfer. Also hold the person to task that should be managing inventory. This was a Saturday night.

The employees were not wearing gloves while making our food while at the same time touching their faces and the computer. Then they were all taking turns feeling how "gross" the pasta felt,without gloves on, and leaving it in the bin to be served to future consumers. Nice people... bad customer service... would not recommend.

My order was never delivered. I ordered pizza for my kids and I because all I had was cash. It was a few minutes before closing and the employees decided to not make my order and close the store. My kids and I didn't eat dinner because of the laziness of this store. This location is nothing but issues every time we try using them. DO NOT COME HERE!!! Avoid it at all costs. They never get our orders right and service is slow, if they even make your order.

The food was delivered so quickly. Especially for a Saturday night. It was hot and delicious when I got it. Even though it was cold outside. And, the best part both of the employees I interacted with, over the phone and the delivery driver were extremely nice. So every part of the experience was great.
